Exactly. Why the hell are we bailing out businesses that are proven failures? Does it not make sense that the companies that have proven to be successful should reap the benefits of their hard work? Hello? It's friggin turning into bizzaro world.

Out in the West Texas town of El Paso...

I think the meaning of NSFW has changed. -
Look up some workouts online and kind of build a routine around them. The key is to do a variety, not just a couple things. The good thing about AB workouts is that you don't NEED gym machines to do them, but you can use the machines to add to your workouts. I do ab/obliques/lower back workouts (lower back shouldn't be ignored, but be careful if you start) 2 days a week. I have two workouts using mostly weighted exercises (machines/benches with weights, etc...) that I do on Mondays, and two using just body weight type workouts (crunches, planks, v-ups, etc...) that I do on Fridays. As with all of your muscles, you want to vary your workouts, and since abs/obliques are such a large muscle group, it's even more important IMO. Also, if your using weighted machines, go light and do high reps. Do sets till they hurt....then a bit longer. For abs, you want to wear them out with long sets, not hurt yourself trying to add weight. So in a simple answer to your question, no there is not one machine that is better than the rest. The important thing is to do the ones that are comfortable (this takes practice as well) and feel like they are wearing you out. Your abs should burn when you're done. (try the planks as Pete suggested....do for a full minute. That feeling you have when you stop should be felt at the end of every exercise)

Continental US. And the whole article is going back and forth between state averages/NY averages, and exact prices in Buffalo, so I'm not really sure that's correct either.

Just think of the jobs that would create.

I was going to go as Obama, but apparently that would be racist. -
Not sure if it's a repeat: Milla

I know this doesn't fit the reasonably current thing, but until someone better comes along, the only one I think of is Mellisa Stark. Oddly, there's not a whole lot of good pictures of her out there. Mellisa Stark

Trainers were checking out ML knee, but supposedly it looks to be okay.

What the was that all about?

Wait, so you're saying you have a negative opinion about something having to do with the Bills? Weird.

True, a well fed snake probably wouldn't have gone after the lady.

Happy Birthday Lori, Crusoe, and my wife today!

My guess, the DMV on a Saturday is ANYTHING but nice. Especially when it's your birthday. -
Everything here is exactly correct, but come on man, do you really think he's even capable of listening to this?

I think pretty much most of the advice you could get is already in this thread...both ways. As Chef and others have said, if you get involved, it's not going to be a good situation for you. As others have said, if you do decide to get involved, you better prepare yourself for the worst. I've dealt with people like this a lot (I used to do work in an area that put it in front of me quite often), and this is what I can tell you: There are usually two types of people that will do this kind of thing. The first are basically cowards that get off on being able to dominate someone. They may act tough for a bit, but if you push, they will back down and find someone else. The second are people that are basically "off". I'm not trying to draw a line between the two, but it's kind of like the serial killer thing. It's such a totally different mindset that it's hard to explain. Obviously, these are the ones you need to worry about. And unfortunately, there's really no way to tell the difference until it's too late. In my experience, which is strictly third hand, is that both types ONLY respond to force. The latter taking MUCH more. Understand that I am NOT in any way advocating that, because chances are you end up being the one that's hurt. I'm only saying that there isn't much else that will normally work. Not small threats, not arrests, nothing (although trying those things first is by far the best approach...you never know what will work in any unique situation) Obviously the decision is yours, and it's a tough one. I'm not sure I could back off given the circumstances, but you have to do what you think is right. But if you decide to get involved, take Bills_Fan's advice seriously, but understand that doing something like that is not an easy thing, both the act and the aftermath. * Just want to add that I may not have made it clear enough that I think contacting the police is the first move no matter what you do. Even if nothing they do works, in the eventual worst case scenario (you take the girl in and the guy comes after one or both of you with deadly intent), you will want to have everything that's happened on record with them. The more they know of each step and have documented, the better for you and her later.

While I agree the women on Bones are attractive, I wouldn't put them in the same category as the two shows he mentioned.

I think it is, though I can't recall ever hearing it before (doesn't really come up in conversation). For some reason it just irritates the hell out of me, nails on chalkboard like.

I think once the original poster injected his own religious beliefs into the post, he was fair game. If he used the common phrase without the added opinion, it probably wouldn't have gone anywhere.

I can't stand Man vs Wild. The whole show is about how gross that guy can be. And can't stand the host, and every time I hear him say "Gla-see-er" I want to break my TV. I spend a lot of time on Discovery, but every time that show pops up I scramble for the remote. I agree with Hazed about Survivorman. That's an excellent show, and I love that he's out in those places by himself, without a TV crew.

Actually, you were stating an opinion.

Actually, there is some decent TE talent in the draft this year if the Bills decide to go that way. Pettigrew out of OK St is the exact mold of what the front office has shown they are looking for. A big, blocking TE who can also catch. Woudn't shock me at all to see us go that route.

We've had a fairly easy road so far too.
