  1. Yep. I think it's insane anyone can say anything else. Dorsey is a freak and would complete our defense. Lined up next to Stroud? Damn.... Anyone who says anything different has NOT watched him play. Not that I expect it or anything, but wow would that be huge.

  3. Maybe, but he has no clue if I am. He only assumes what he wants and is acting like an ass (normal, I know). My post had more to do with most people in the military not caring nearly as much about this crap as most of the media and the partisan jerk-offs who have to find new ways to stir up crap. Though if you were to ask me if most of the military were politically astute enough to pick out Pelosi in a lineup, I guess I would say no, "most" are not. As most Americans are not. "Most" people, in any demographic, are idiots.
  4. My guess, most people in the military wouldn't know if Nancy Pelosi was standing next to them in an elevator. Or care. How can something so obviously sarcastic be taken so seriously? People really need to get lives.
  5. Never heard of it.
  6. Yep, a 2000. I'm getting a new one soon, though I'm trading down in a way...pretty sure I'm going with a Prius.
  7. Generally I think Peter King is alright. He does ballwash the Pats, but outside of that he's generally even keel. I agree with everything he wrote about the Bills (which is basically just history) except for the "That's why they went out and risked their season on Terrell Owens." Owens may or may not end up doing anything for the Bills, but either way, I dont see it as risking a season on him. Worst case scenario is we get our butts handed to us week in and week out and he starts causing problems in the media and locker room. But at that point we're already getting our butts handed to us, so who cares? This isn't a Super Bowl contending team that took a chance and signed Owens to a huge contract and are placing all their hopes on him to win the big one. The Bills needed to sell tickets, get their name in lights, and hopefully improve the passing game. Owens should (and has already) fill(ed) those needs.
  8. This is a pre-training camp ranking list. Of course it's only his opinion (based on a little more than gut), what else would it be? And he doesn't say he is absolutely sure Brady's knee will be 100% And he doesn't say T.O. will implode and not offer an iota of help to the Bills. What exactly was your post based on?
  9. After a year, there would be no worries. The only people that would put off their kill that long would be the ones who wouldn't take shot anyway.
  10. I hadn't heard about any specific plans, but there's no doubt there will be a strong push for a world currency soon enough. When it happens, the US will have no choice but to go along, and that will be the end of our place atop the world, in addition to the beginning of the end of a lot of our liberties. And rightfully so. As much as it sucks for us, it's time for the Chinese to get out from under us. We're a big reason they have been able to expand they way the did, but at this point we're holding them back far more than we're helping. No matter how they go about it, it's going to be a rough transition, but after some growing pains they will be in position to take over as the economic center of the world.
  11. Yeah, that's why they're screwing our money. They could care less about the effects it has on our trade. Bernanke has gone on record saying he favors a strong dollar, and no matter how weak our dollar gets, our trade deficit increases every year. They create money because they want to spend, period. China has pegged their currency to the dollar. So why is that unfair? Why would China sit back and allow the United States to create as much money as they want, so that they are able to buy more Chinese goods with increasingly worthless money while at the same time selling our goods to them for MORE money???? Yep, it's the Chinese who are guilty of "manipulation".
  12. I'm guessing you didn't miss much.
  13. I was thinking the same, but even if they did use cards, I don't see the difference, which may come from a complete lack of experience running any kind of business. Are business loans generally that much higher interest? It seems to me the same rules would apply; either you're a good risk or a bad risk. If you're a good risk (living within your means) you're getting a good rate of interest. If bad, you're not. Maybe you're not out there buying plasma's and new cars, but you're still taking the extra interest hit because you're spending beyond a reasonable limit (compared to your income). And in that case, you take what's available.
  14. So wouldn't this be another way to get people off credit? I'm a "less taxes, less government" person, so I'm really not condoning it one way or the other, just saying that I don't have any sympathy for people who put themselves into these holes.
  15. My opinion, the people who use credit that charges 28% interest should be punished (and I suppose they are, by paying that much), not the company offering it. The same effect to MN, but as someone who doesn't have credit card debt, I'd rather have the people who are living beyond their means get the brunt.
  16. Posting about wine. Drinking way too much wine. It all kind of flows together.
  17. But you don't even regurgitate emails. (BTW, large emails...say a couple hundered pages or so...that are bound and sold, those are called "books". They're good for recording history and explaining theories and/or facts. There's also "articles", but I don't want to confuse you) You ask random question after random question and challange people to prove thier points, but put absolutely no effort to prove your own....or even offer a point to begin with half the time. If his rebuttal is empty, why? Point out the reasons, don't just make a smart ass comment or ask a meaningless sarcastic question. What's the point of that? If he's wrong, why is he wrong? I'm not even saying he's right, as there's a lot of his argument I'm openly against, but if you won't even offer the same courtesy of coming up with facts and offering details to prove a point, why should he? I get the fact that people start off not knowing any better, as I've been there myself, but why you expect anyone to continue to take any time to make a case, only to have you reply with nothing, is beyond me.
  18. It's almost funny watching someone else try to get into a decent discussion with GG. Well thought out posts with facts and plenty of information to back up an opinion, followed by an "nuh-uh". Let it go Magox. It's not worth it.
  19. Who's arguing? I'm against all of these government policies and interventions that are common in our country today. And yes, I blame every administration, party, and organization that plays along.
  20. "George Bush, in one of his speaches, said that Wall Street got drunk. And he was right, they were drunk. But so was main street--the whole country was drunk. But what he doesn't point out, is where did they get the alcohol? - Peter Schiff From the article:
  21. Screw 'em. If they can't pick a conference, they don't play.
  22. You got bad info. As said earlier, if you're trying to build muscle (lots of lean or bulk), it's almost impossible to get enough protein from your food intake. Not even close really. If you're working out a lot, you could drink 3 or 4 shakes a day and maybe not be getting everything your muscles could use.
  23. I think every conference needs to have a championship game, which eliminates the need for the "and any undefeated team in 1-A". I don't like the idea of teams being rewarded for creating easier schedules and not having a championship game.
  24. I believe, "A pretty awesome website" covered it.
