  1. Sofia Vergara: wow Milk, please just walkin Many more out there...
  2. The team I saw today was LIGHT YEARS ahead of last year, and that's with Paulus having a very mediocre day. The offensive playbook looks excellent. They had a great variety of formations and plays without resorting to getting too tricky. They started rough, but settled down and really held their own. And was that an actual defense on the field today? Not just a bunch of random players running around and bouncing off the other team?? I'm really rooting for Morone. He seems like a good guy and it's a great story with him getting his "dream job" (seriously, how many people are you going to find with a dream to coach at SU?). Who knows what this season will end up being, but for the first time in a LONG time, I think Syracuse showed some improvement and potential. If Morone and his staff can prove to be decent recruiters, it may not be so out of the realm of possibility for the Cuse to work their way back into relevancy someday.
  3. I would think a few games suspension for punching the kid that taunted him would have been enough, but I have no problem seeing him gone for the year after the crap he pulled after that. What a moron.
  4. If we tank this year, we better not pass up on the difference maker defensive linemen coming out next year. Snead is pretty good, and looks to be a pro-prospect, but he's being talked up a little more than he's earned. We'll see what he's able to do against a very difficult schedule.
  5. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he's kicked off the team. Seriously, what the hell was this guy thinking? Under the right circumstances, punching the guy would have been forgivable (after a suspension), but that hissy fit he threw afterward was just ridiculous. Having to be dragged off the field by players, coaches, and security? Give me a break. EDIT: I just remembered this, and had to go look it up to make sure it was the same guy, but Blount was the one who said in an interview a while back that we "owe them an ass whuppin" (speaking of the ejections and late hit on the Oregon QB in last years game). Guess he couldn't do it during the game, so he did it after.
  6. Took you long enough to get that thought out. I know there's nothing on it because I have actual good spyware detection on my computer. But hey, you do what you want to. Go ahead an do what you want to. If you don't want to go that site, then that's fine, knock yourself out. Go ahead, do what you want.
  7. First, get rid of Mcafee....piece of crap. Second, nothing wrong with that site, or at least that picture.
  8. Perfect ending!
  9. Actually, I mean to type Tennesee, not sure how Cleveland ended up there. And they did play for a drive....I read earlier that they wouldn't be starting. When I read it I thought it made sense since those were the two teams with an extra game. Hmmm....
  10. But Cleveland, the only other team in the league to play 5 pre-season games, has started their backups. GASP!
  11. There's only one "official" thread. Does anyone have the game?
  12. The Girls of Cable TV Series: Raising the Bar: Natalia Cigliuti Monk: Traylor Howard Psych: Maggie Lawson In Plain Sight: Mary McCormack and Nichole Hiltz Royal Pains: Jill Flint Burn Notice: Gabrielle Anwar By Boys: Jordan Spiro Bill Engvall: Jennifer Lawrence (yes, she's 19) There's more...but I'm out of time.
  13. How does that make sense? You aren't going to get a top tier free agent for the money they used on Thomas. It's not like they can add up all the money the spent all those guys you listed to get a free agent this year. If you want to argue that they should spend more money, there's plenty of threads for that. But given that they aren't going to spend that money, how is bringing in a guy like Thomas to push for a back up spot a bad thing?
  14. You realize our coach has nothing to do with this in any way, don't ya?
  15. He also had a clause in his contract that would cause him to lose a bunch of money if he was over 350 (apparently one of the sticking points to getting him signed). Wonder when that kicked in? If he was really 365 when he got there they had to know he was already over. They must have given him a grace period to get into shape. On Hard Knocks they showed him in Alabama working out, and I was thinking to myself that he hardly looked like he was moving. Barely breathing hard or sweating, which says something for a guy his size. I thought maybe they just didn't show the tougher parts of the workout, but maybe they did?
  16. He's right. Not that I would want Jones anywhere near this team, but he's (was?) one of the most talented CB's in the league. Of course that was before all the time away from the game that he's had, so who knows now.
  17. All CB's have a connection to Buffalo. Very strange comment. The first thing that came to mind was trading Roscoe and needing a punt returner. Weird.
  18. While the board was down, the Bills had a great practice and all of their problems are solved. Cool, huh?
  19. Can't be true. He has his own acting school. There has to be a student in there that's worse.
  20. He did look good for his first game. But the middle of the field is so weak in pass defense, I can't see it mattering.
  21. Before today I would have laughed at anyone saying bench Edwards. As of now, I'm on board. And I can't believe I feel that way.
