  1. Oh man I still love Peyton ... he is possibly my favorite QB of all time. I was simply making a point using him in this thread, thats all. I still love the guy. THIS YEAR ALONE: McGahee has 100+ more yards, a better average, more first downs, and 2 less fumbles. IN THEIR CAREERS: McGahee has 700+ more yards, more TD's, more 1st downs, and less fumbles. So to me the fact that McGahee did not convert on a couple short yardage plays, does not mean that he is not much better than Jones.
  2. I think whenever something happens we go to blame Clements because he is the vet ... it just seems that way. Watch Champ Bailey play. There are games where he misses tackles (yes more than 1 game) and misplays balls. Its part of being a human. I guess what Im saying is that the Bills are better with having him on the field, that having him off the field. We went through this with Pat Williams and Antoine Winfield also. We kept looking at the bad things and never noticed the really good things. Clements WITH Buffalo = good player who will make a few mistakes Clements WITHOUT Buffalo = a team that lost a good player who will make a few mistakes, and will have to take their chances on a draftee who could do good or totally suck
  3. There is a lot of things I wish I could call you right now ... but I wont. "Put away perversity from your mouth; keep corrupt talk far from your lips" - Proverbs 4:24
  4. That would send McGahee right out of Buffalo ... and I personally like McGahee although others dont.
  5. BINGO! Clements isnt as amazing as he thinks he is, but he also draws more criticism than he deserves. He makes good plays when people dont realize this ... especially when your watching from TV. Yet when you are at the game, you can really see that 95% of the time he is blanketing his guy (especially on long routes). Thus why you hear his name only called 2 or 3 times a game. That is good for a CB. His biggest downside is he is not the best tackler. As far as him playing off the WR too much ... thats the D-Coordinators decision. That simple.
  6. Well let me know when they do. My buddy said it great "when you see the Colts losing, you never really have to fear because you know the likelyhood of them coming back to win is VERY strong"
  7. Do me a favor and point to the part on this thread where I said we should fear him? I never said that. I said he was a decent QB and not to take him lightly. The last time he had an actual chance to be the full-time starting QB was for the Bengals in 2003 and he had 3,591 yards, 26 TD's and 15 INT ... you call that not decent??? Heck - thats good. Un-usual game for Peyton huh? This year Peyton has had 3 games of only 1 TD ... Last year he had 4 games with 0 TD's ... 2 games with 1 TD ... and 2 games with 2+ Int's ....
  8. Because it has to do with the thread ... The thread is talking about how if Grossman was on the Bills it would have been the same .... and I was simply making the point that, it is probably true because he threw into our hands 4 times and if he was facing his own defense it would have been 3 INT's at least
  9. Slow though. I saw him take a sack today that JP would have easy gotten out of.
  10. Yet if Losman is nearly intercepted that will be menitoned ... give me a break Phil Simms. Thats you right?
  11. I dont know about the outcome, but Grossman SHOULD have been intercepted about 3 times today but the media will never mention that.
  12. Peyton Manning's stats for today : 20/31 for 166 yards and an INT ... he sucks right?
  13. I think its funny that Rayzer was the only one that got it .. i was just messin around
  14. Oooh! I know, I know! He only threw 2 passes and 1 was an interception.
  15. No Carr is not even in the top 5 ... although Carr really is not having a bad year. 865 yards, 7 TD's, 2 INT's
  16. Well if it was played in Mexico then neither team would be at home But anyway. Kevin Jones may not be Willis, but he is also going against our porous run defense. Kitna went into this week, 3rd in the NFL in passing
