Going into week 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 Willis McGahee was in the top 5 of the league ... Going into week 3, and 4 Willis McGahee was #1 in the league ... going into week 3, 4, 5, Willis McGahee was #1 in the AFC. The Bills offense line must be GREAT! -

I feel the same way. Losman is on pace to have 3,000 + yards, 14 TD's and about 14 INT for a QB rating in the mid-70's ... how anyone wished for something more than that is beyond me. -

There is also a possibility that the 0-coordinator has been figured out ... I believe we fired our 2002 0-coordinator. Remember? -

How many of those came when he was pressured because his line didnt block for him? It goes both ways. Not great ... but better than most people give him credit for. Every team he has played for seems to have terrible lines. -

The funny part is that TBS's bio on VHI talks about how they take theur version of the sound from bands like Sunny Day Real Estate ... now if you dont think SDRE is emo then your out of your mind. The bio also says that Ed (TBS's guitarist) has another Emo band called the MovieLife Download.com's music section also had this to say: "... If you're a fan of well-crafted, melodic punk or emo, then you already know (or should know, where have you been?) what they're all about. " MTV.com ... "Two of emo-punks biggest acts - Jimmy Eat World and Taking back Sunday - ... " -

Yeah it reminded me a lot of JP's interception in the redzone last week. -

I dont know what to say bro. Go to a scene concert and say that ... you might learn something. TBS's latest album (Louder Now) is FAR from EMO ... TAYF is emo. Their is no other way around it. If you dont think so, then you simply have no idea what your talking about. Im sorry, but you sound like the 15 year old kids who i see at scene concerts who think they know everything, and really know very little about the genre. For reference TBS before 2004 = EMO TBS after 2004 = alternative rock/whatever you want to call it -

Yeah but so is the rest of the league. RB's as a whole have not been doing as well this year. -

Start Losman or Nall. Forget Holcomb. He is only their if Losman, Nall, Reed, McGahee, and Peters goes down. Then he can start. -

Wikipedia is a "dictionary" where anyone can post an entry ... so if someone thinks they are alternative rock (which they are now because of their last album), they can just post it as fact, when its usually not. Are you on crack? Just kidding, but bro, Third Eye Blind is NOTHING like Taking Back Sunday. TEB is EXTREMELY poppy ... "doot doot doo doot doo i want something else to get me through this semi charmed kinda life baaaabyyy" .... not even close to TBS. I do like both bands though. Emo is a popular term now? Not where I live. Anyhow, how can you not simply LISTEN to TBS, Rufio, MCR, and tell they have a completely different sound than Nirvana and Pearl Jam. Give me a break. Its hard to give a definiton ... its simply the sound and emotion. How you cant tell that, just doesnt make sense to me. Go to any scene concert and tell them that TBS, Rufio, or MCR are not emo and they will all laugh. -
Thats a little tainted. Thurman only had about 500 yards and 2 TD's while with Flutie. Reed was also in the downslife of his career and Moulds was starting to become more dominant. Reimersma routinely got around 30 receptions a year. Not really dominating. And dude. Price didnt get good until Bledsoe got here. His best year before Bledsoe was for like 50 some receptions. That being said, I think Flutie had a good team around him. BUT he was a decent player and certainly better than Rob Johnson (history proved that).

Do me a favor. Go find the list of FA lineman (i already did) and see how many have a chance of NOT being re-signed by their team. You will come out to a number of about 1 good OL and 1 good DL. We could pick up BOTH of those players, daft all the players, pay them, pay nate what he wants and still have 10 mill left over.

Ok well were close ... I think it would be a good deal if we offered him a 5 year deal for 30 million (about 6 million a year) and a 10 mill signing bonus. That is what top 10 CB's are going for these days and I think thats fair. Think about this. The average pay of a top 10 NFL CB in 2002 (4 years ago, and market has risen) was 5.3 MILLION per year. So if we offer him less than 5.3 million we would be saying we consider him a top 20 CB ... come on people. Take off your rose-colored glasses. Nate Clements is a TOP 10 CB ... whether he be #10, or #1, he is still a top 10 CB.
