Are you saying that he is not changing the play, and in fact just doing it for no reason every single play? He had nearly 300 yards and a TD in his playoff game last year ... the rest of the team you might ask? James had 50 some yards, Vanderjagt missed the game tying field goal, the offensive line gave up 5 sacks ... I could go on but I will just leave it with that.

You cant PROVE Manning would do less with different players. Harrison missed a game a few years ago and Manning still had over 400 yards and a TD. Again. You cant prove that. You can only assume it. The arguement could also be made that Manning would not have to put up those insane numbers if he had a good defense. Honestly the way I saw it was like this: The Sabres would get 2-3 really good chances to score. Fail to do so. Then do nothing for 7 minutes. The Sabres would get 1-2 really good chances to score. Fail to do so. Then do nothing for 1/2 of a period .... etc. Overtime they had some really nice chances ...

Not really sure I can agree with you. Except for bits and pieces of the 2nd period, I thought they looked extremely flat ... and to give the puck away with 7 seconds left and let 2 MTL players skate into your end to score is just not right. No I am not one of those "The world is over" because the Sabres have lost type of person,but truly there was no excuse for that loss.

Such as ... instead of saying "I Hope you dont live in a glass house.
