Ahhh but for those that didn't see the show how were we to know pal? The thread says Lee Evans would be on it after all I'm really looking forward to seeing TKO back on the field. I hope he's ready by midseason at least. I'm not expecting him to be back by opening day but that would be a great bonus.

Mannnnn....you suck. Sounds like you should just forget about the Bills. We all know the team isn't very good right now, but that's no reason to trash your own team (or make topics about how you can go back to "hating" the Bills. If you seriously feel that way, maybe you shouldn't pay them any mind anymore? Or maybe you just want and/or need something to complain about? I am realistically thinking we're not going to win very many games...but I would never say I "hate" the Bills. YOU SUCK.

Bought my first hunting rifle last sunday...

Well I went shooting Monday and shot about 40 rounds...I was impressed that it didn't kick hard. I used 165 grain and 180 grain rounds...180's sure have a lot more pop than 165's!! I was aiming at a mailbox about 300-350 yards away and hit it about 50% of the time. Not bad considering i'm very inexperienced with the 30-06. I definitely will be getting a new scope soon...I really don't like the old bushnell that came with it. I'll post some pictures of my gun when my brother gets home with his digi camera. I've also got a pigeon thrower that's mounted on a spare tire...Mannnn I was on that day! Hitting both pigeons consistantly! (with my 12 gauge of course) It was a fun filled gun blasting day, as I also shot about 500 rounds of .22 between my rifle and pistol. Great stress relief too -
Which WR of these has the best shot????

Gandy wasn't the problem, Bennie Anderson and Trey Teague were. Gandy did quite well actually. He would have been alot better if he didn't have to block BA's and/or TT's guys as well. -
I say he doesn't make it...I don't have any inside info or clever remarks about him, I just have a gut feeling he's not going to make it. What do you guys think?

How is getting arrested for disorderly conduct in May showing his issues coming onto the field? He hasn't stepped on the field yet. -
Happy Birthday!!!!! Hope you have a great one...

I agree with you, he was probably pretty stupid in this situation...but that's not enough to call him a "low character" guy. Everyone makes mistakes, and they released him without bail so it couldn't have been serious. -

Why thank you, I will look into that for sure. Tomorrow i'm going to shoot it for the first time, so i'll post how it shot and what I think of it. -
REHAB Kinda a mix of rock and hip hop...they're white dudes from Atlanta. Some of the songs are mostly rock and some are half hip hop. But you should definitely check out "Graffiti The World" and "Southern Discomfort" those 2 albums kick ass. If you can't find em I could send them to you...I'm curious to know what you think of em...

What's a rocket surgeon? Dawgg - What was so weird about the interview? I'm failing to see the humor you saw...

I saw nothing wrong with that interview. He didn't sound like a rocket scientist...but WHAT nfl player does? The critisizm he's receiving is rediculous.

Thanks for the responses! I wanted a bolt action but didn't find any in my price range and this gun was in excellent shape. The more I held it the more I didn't want to put it back. The seller told me it wasn't quite as accurate like you said Art...and i'll take it to Sportsman's Warehouse to get it bore sighted It seriously looks like it hasn't fired many rounds through it, it's reallllly clean. Boomer...i'll try both of those 165 grain and 180...thanks for the recommendation. I hope I get one this year... Oh yeah Boomer...I was thinking i'd probably want to replace that scope that came on it...doesn't look like it's very good. So i'll be looking at those as well. I'll probably be looking to spend about $150-$200 though, my job doesn't pay me big bucks just yet. -

I'm sure Max was joking, nobody could be that dumb. -

OJ was different, he was already years removed from his playing days with the Bills. These players are on current rosters and some are really good...I see that as a huge difference. -

It has a bushnell 3x32 scope on it (came with it) I bought it used for $335 out the door...They had new ones but they were something like $580 without a scope. I like the style I got though, it's somewhat heavy but I like the feel of a solid gun. Darin...since you seem to be familiar with this gun...what kinda ammo would you use? This is my first bigger caliber rifle...as my other guns are a Marlin .22 bolt action rifle, a .22 ruger mark III pistol (bull barrel) and a remington 870 wingmaster 12 gauge pump. Really i've only shot a 30-06 a few times so i'm wanting to learn as much as I can. Any knowledge would be very appreciated! and Wacka...if only it was legal to hunt those wackos, LOL -

cantankerous replied to beerme1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ok ok, so maybe we've got a snowball's chance in hell to make the playoffs... I was optimistic last year and I was just let down once again...this year i'm going into it with a far lower expectancy with the hope that i'll be pleasantly suprised. And Frez... who said anything about Willis? -
Someone MUST step up at TE for the Bills...
cantankerous replied to cantankerous's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
One guy I thought we could have taken...in fact i'm really suprised nobody drafted him...was Oregon's Tim Day. He's huge and very athletic. I believe he was signed by Tampa Bay as an UDFA. Oh well I'm really hoping Kevin Everett is healthy this year considering we used a 3rd round pick on the guy last year. Hopefully Tim Euhus rebounds from his injury plagued 2005 season as well. I kinda like the idea of a double tight end set, with McGahee in the backfield. -
hahahahahahahaha, that was funny. Nice friends too, they just laugh.

I picked up a Remington 7400 semi-auto 30-06 at a gun show here in my hometown (Salem, Oregon) Anyone else like to hunt deer or elk? Over here in the NW it's one of the things I look forward to in the fall...football first but hunting as well. I have yet to bag my first buck since I just started hunting last year. Hopefully this year i'll find one Anyone else have this rifle with some knowledge on how much kick it has and how accurate it is? I have yet to test it out because like most of the year....it's RAINING!

Someone MUST step up at TE for the Bills...
cantankerous posted a topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We need our TE's to step it up and become threats in the passing game. If not we are going to see 8 players in the box just waiting to pounce on McGahee and our RB's. If Losman wins the starting job I see this as a likely scenario...Teams just stacking the line and saying "prove to us you can pass, cause we don't think you can." The TE position has been non-existent for the most part in recent years...and I think if someone can make some catches and be that underneath threat, teams might think twice about stacking up against our running game. Thoughts? -

There's no way in hell we'll go 9-7 my friend. I wouldn't get your hopes up, unless you don't mind being let down. There's no playoffs for the Bills this year...No fuggin' way. However...I don't see how we could do worse than we did last year... my prediction (I know it's early) is 6-10
