I agree. Their drafts haven't been so great since Pioli left. See outside LB's.
Yet they continue to win, while the Bills continue to lose.

while we are playing fantasy signings that will never happen id love to see the bills sign Cortland Finnegan from the Titans
CB that plays with an attitude and likes to hit
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/01/21/finnegan-skeptical-hell-be-back-with-titans/
I like the idea.

Good joke. Lol

If you make the kind of money Simpson does, 2.5 pounds of weed isn't going to be for sale. Unless he's a complete moron, which could be the case.

I'm not bashing Easley, I like the guy...But he most definitely dropped a number of very catchable balls...Easley was generally getting most of his playing time in the second half of those games, so perhaps not as many people were watching. Either way, just because a few people didn't see it, doesn't mean it didn't happen.
His 1 TD catch was a good one though
I recall the same. He dropped a bunch.

I live in Portland. He is a horrible NFL QB prospect. His mechanics are awful. Dennis Dixon was a much better passer than Thomas. Everyone in Oregon is shocked he is leaving for the NFL. He played very well in the Rose Bowl and if he led the Ducks to another Rose Bowl win or another BCS championship game he could live off endorsement money in Oregon for the rest of his life. Now he will be lucky to be drafted. I would love to know who is advising him to leave for the NFL.
I'm pretty close to Portland as well. I don't think he'll be drafted. Maybe the 6th or 7th round if anything.

Lynch's work ethic was bad while in Buffalo, doubt he would get resigned. He also, rubbed some players and former players the wrong way.
Says who? Donte Whitner? Lynch gave it his all every game when he was with the Bills. If we had more players like him maybe we wouldn't suck so bad.
-
That is true but does anyone view them as a Super Bowl contender?
Stranger things have happened but I don't see them going far.
I hate them, but yes.
-
I saw Lynch run Whitner the !@#$ over today. LOL @ him.
-
Hell yes. Like JR said the Bills would end up wasting those picks anyway.

We haven't seen a guy with Spiller's RB skills since Thurman left the building. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to apologize to the Jackson fans for voicing what I'm seeing in Spiller.
Jackson's an excellent workhorse RB no doubt, but Spiller has looked like an even better RB these last three starts. If Chan ever gets his head out of his a$ and gives him the ball for a full game, you'll eventually be convinced too.
Lol, what a joke. Spiller couldn't hold TT's jock strap.

when u have a backup QB making 50million overthrowing and underthrowing receivers, deep short and medium, its hard to have any confidence. Matt Moore looks to be a better QB than Fitz, and he's the backup
*sigh* It hurts because it's the truth.

Do you really believe that Dr Dank? Really?
I'm not saying Pears is the worst we could do, but at that salary I'd bet they have the notion he'll be the starter for the next few years.
-
I don't know where you guys are getting your info, but $3 mil per season is definitely NOT starter money in the NFL.
For the Bills it is.

I think Marshawn is the most fun running back to watch, and he has also had an incredible 2 months. He has five 100 yard games this year. his previous 4 years? 6, his last one being in '08.
So yeah, the Bills are stupid for trading an under performing player.
Freddie was better from day one, and the reason it took him three years to unseat Lynch was he was a first round pick and Freddie was not. He was given every opportunity to succeed here and he was not good enough, and he was also a jerk.
Any one who says NOW that the Bills were stupid for trading him is delusional.
Thank you captin hindsight. lets say that Marshawn was never traded therefore never got the wake up call he apparently needed, then what would you say today? another first round bust by the bills.
Actually a lot of people said it was a stupid trade when it was made. Ohh no, he was a jerk!? Whateverrrrr
-
Yes, I know it for a fact. Believe me or not but I know what things he was doing AFTER he got suspended. Maybe he has grown up in Seattle, I don't know. And I lvoed Lynch when he was here. But it is completely naive to not pretend like the guy did a lot of dumb stupid on the field.
Obviously, the Bills suck and they are the devil. But Lynch's actions off the field forced their hand. And once again, we wound up with a better running back. This thread is stupid and I'm done with it.
So you really don't know. Haha. Lynch didn't force the Bills to trade him. They drafted Spiller #9, and the previous front office drafted Lynch. The writing was on the wall once Spiller was taken.
Bad decision, just like the last 10 years.
-
I won't say Lynch quit. But I jsut love fans short term memory. He is an idiot off the field and got himself suspended once. I knwo for a fact that he still does a ton of things that can get him arrested. He is a ticking time bomb and mostly will screw up again.
But hey let's complain about a position that we had a top 5 guy at!!!
You know for a fact huh? So you know him personally?
Of all the things to be bitter about, why some people have such hate for Marshawn Lynch is beyond me. He played his ass off when he was with the Bills.
-
For next year, the Bills' war room should only consist of an ipad with the yahoo fantasy app set to autodraft the highest player on the big board. It would save ralph a lot of money and I'm sure we'd end up with better players. Problem solved.
The sad thing is you're probably right.
-
That was beyond awful.
-
and he was just recently cited for Marijuana possession on Nov. 25th!! He's a grade "A" moron!!
-
The guy makes 2 horrible plays for every 1 good play. He's not as good as the media/fans around here (Oregon) make him out to be.
Add in the fact that he's an absolute retard, and was given multiple chances to shape up make him quite a risk.
-
The guy had a choice. It's not like he had to stay with Green Bay (for those thinking he had no say in it.)
He could have signed with the Bills, or stay with the Pack. I think he made a wise decision.
