  1. You're right. Screw any positivity if some of us want to feel that way or even look for it. The only way to view this loss is the way YOU want us too. Let's ***** on Allen and set the rest of the house on ablaze when there's only a fire in the kitchen. For all the haters that ***** on positive posters for "not allowing them to criticize the team", you guys do the same exact freaking thing when people try to brighten the day of others by attempting to find positives in a loss while this entire site burns down. And for the record, I'm extremely upset by this loss. More than I should be. But the personal attacks on posts and opinions is getting ridiculous.
  2. It was meant in jest, calm down. Good lord.
  3. I was thinking the same thing, but to be honest, I don't think Allen has had enough time to let Diggs even complete his routes.
  4. This is an EJ Manuel game. Big hands. Wouldn't have any trouble handling these snaps.
  5. If I hear 'Jack Rabbit Jenkins' one more time. Dear Lord, just call the guy Jenkins...
  6. The thing I like about that Moss check down throw is that it's 2020 Josh. There was someone running relatively free deep, and Josh took the safe throw and the sure chunk yardage. Pittsburgh game Josh would've gone for the TD. I think he's starting to settle in. That in turns, frees up the next play for the TD as we're working all portions of the field. Great series.
  7. They did, they gained 5 yards as a result.
  8. Yeah, they're watching the magical Mahomes play and are just so in awe by his mere presence, they don't see the holds...unless it's a failed third down conversion and its defensive.
  9. Whether your for it or against it, vax ID check was a total joke. You could have showed them a Sam's Club card or used a 20 year old putt putt pass and gotten thru that check point. They barely even glanced at my phone when I showed my "excelsior pass" - didn't even scan the QR code.
  10. 100% agree. Again, I think he'll be fine, but he's always been a self inflicted victim of hype. He came out of the tunnel in Buffalo to 'MVP' chants, he was given a $150+ million contract, he's getting national media attention and ads for the first time ever and the Bills are a super bowl favorite. Bundle all of that up given his personality and he's back to thinking that he needs to win the game every play. He's over throwing, over thinking and putting way to much pressure on himself. You can almost see it in his eyes. He wants it too badly and despite it all, you can't hate him for that. Give the kid a little time to re-ground himself, let his teammates show him "look Josh, you had a ***** day and we won 35-0, we got you, you don't have to do this alone, this is a team game" and let him realize that he doesn't need the constant self pressure and he'll be back to 2020, zero expectations Josh Allen. I'm confident he'll get there.
  11. Great post. While I happen to be on the "he'll be fine" end of the argument, especially due to poor offensive line play and play calling, I'll 100% admit that he needs to be better to get us where we ultimately want to be. Any given Sunday, sure; but throughout 17 weeks, we WILL need 2020 Allen to steal us a game every now and then. I just have issue with doom and gloomers posting the same stuff in 30 different threads: KC this, Mahomes that, "that's why you don't give a contract after 1 year", Dolphins are awful, worst 35-0 win ever, etc. Over and over and over and over. Criticism is certainly warranted and I love critical discussions, but repeated doom and gloom and trolling makes me angry.
  12. Don't take my response personally. It wasn't really directed at you as OP, but more at some of the responses here and in other threads that were repeating the same doom over and over. I do appreciate the research, etc of your post and it certainly warrants discussion, but I will respectfully disagree regarding Mahomes. By everyone's definition, if Josh was bad the last 4 games, including last season, and our defense is THAT much better as to force a shut out, and multiple sacks with heavy additions to the DL, we're actually closer to bearing the Chiefs now than we were then. Again, hope the offense works it all out and then all of the stars are in alignment for a Chiefs ass kicking but... Same Josh. Better D = Better odds.
  13. If we had won the game 35-21 and Josh had gone 30-41, 325 yards and 3 TDs. This thread wouldn't exist. We'd likely have a 'Fire Leslie Frasier' thread, maybe some more Tremaine hate. But we certainly wouldn't be panicking... because there was plenty of season left for the defense to get it right. There is plenty of season left for Josh to get it right too. Same with Daboll and the offensive line. We'll figure it out. I respect the criticism of this team by others, it certainly is warranted as Allen definitely hasn't been excellent and those criticisms are warranted to an extent...but for the love of God if you look at some of the post histories it's like some of you just want a participation trophy for writing "worst 35-0 victory ever, dolphins suck, we'll never beat the chiefs, ever." Learn to enjoy a win. Discuss the faults sure, but stop with the 30 consecutive posts of doom. If Allen had this stat line on 02/13/2022 and the Bills win the Super Bowl 35-0, would you still be complaining?
  14. Was thinking this earlier today as well...
  15. Like if he is wearing #12, and plays for the Pat--Bucs...
  16. Taiwan Jones. That's why we didn't cut him!!
  17. Better have a line of IV bags in the locker room waiting for our defense.
  18. Anyone else hear McDermott screaming 'that's holding!!!'??
  19. Horrible 4th down call. Ball didn't go backwards 5 yards...
  20. Apologies if this was discussed earlier, but did the Bears play their starters on defense?
  21. Oh, JJ, just be honest. You took the money.
