  1. That is pretty funny. After the game I went over to my neighbors house. He is a former NFL running back and I asked him if he thought the NFL was ridged. He laughed and told me it was close to impossible. Not that I felt any better about the game Sunday, but it does give me some hope the Smoking Man isn't behind screwing the Bills.

  2. I am beginning to wonder is the NFL is turning into the WWE. I questioned this in August.

    1. How does Reggie Bush, a once in the lifetime player fall to New Orleans? A city that is in ruins from Hurricane Katrina?

    2. How does Pittsburgh win that Super Bowl last year? Oh yeah - some non-calls and a nice story line with Jerome Bettis.

    3. Ralph speaks up about the refs. Guess what time is always on the short stick?

  3. A well written article. Buffalo needs the Bills. Look no father than Cleveland to see what happens when a new stadium deal gets negleted.

If I was king for a day:

    1. I'd built the stadium in Buffalo near the HSBC and baseball stadium.

    2. make it hold 65,000

    3. natural grass

    4. retractable roof

    5. have the sabres play an outdoor game in january/february

We can say there is no money, but trust me. If the Bills threaten to leave, the money will come.

  4. JP was very much overated to be selected in this first round.  He is not first round material.  Yes he is mobile and has a good arm but he lacks in Football intelligence.  Read the scouting reports about him and you will see that were concerns about his Football intelligence i.e. processing info., looking off defenders, relying on his quickness and arm strength.

And my ignore users list continues to grow...

  5. Since some of you may not have actually seen the game due to the Blackout, I just wanted to say something about JP's Int.

I have read some comments here, and listened to the Announcers of the game yesterday, blaming JP for a horrible throw on the ball that was picked off. In all the excitement of Royal's strip and recovery is the fact that Penington stepped in front of JP as he was delivering the ball. It almost looked like he was getting hit by a defender, thats how hard he hit JP. He totally couldn't step into the throw and it was 20 yards short because of it. Penington wasn't engaged with a rusher at the time, he was just trying to move to his left and back to help a guy coming from the Blindside. It was just one of those things.

I dont think JP made many mistakes yesterday at all. The friggin announcer (Soloman Wilcots I believe) said that JP had two killer mistakes already in the game, a pick and a fumble. Well excuse me if Willis cant catch a pitch out, and our RT bumps our QB in mid-throw while trying to help out in protection.

Go Bills!!! Maybe we are finally "learning how to win"?

Silly you - that genius behind the Mike was the venerable Gus Johnson. He was helped in his wisdom Sunday by another master of the airwaves - Ian "The Iron" Eagle.
