  1. Hello Neuman,

You made the right decision. The husband needs to be smacked upside the head. What took him so long to get groceries? No call home to explain? If I had company and ran into an issue, I would call and give a time frame. Kids eat at certain times like old folks and you don't want to disrupt that balance the closer to bedtime. I would be sarcastic right back to your sister. When she hands you the remote and talks to you like a 3 year old, fire back. "Hey sis - what channel is the Electric Company or Mister Rodgers?" Sarcasm is a great weapon against mean people and makes you feel better at the same time. Does she ever come to visit you in NY?

  2. Didn't we clock them in a season opener one year and then get the tar beat out of us later that year by the identical score we had beaten them by? 2003 maybe, 31-0, 0-31?

31-0 Yes and remember we picked up the Pats Lawyer Milloy a week before the game. hmmmmm. It was one of the only times in recent memory I can remember the Pats getting killed.

  3. That was nice. The booing was awesome. What really pissed me off was the fact that for the entire ten minutes that we were on the board to pick at #11, the NFL Network guys did nothing but talk about the Jerod Mayo pick and how much that showed the Patriots being savvy and recognizing where their needs were going to be going forward. I mean really. We know the Pats draft well. I want to hear about what all the teams are doing, particularly the one I root for, and instead I hear them heaping BS praise on the Pats. Frankly, Mayo is a bit overrated IMO, and I think the Patriots just drafted another Andy Katzenmeyer.

Good Point. The Pats can do no wrong according to the NFL machine. Just wait - the end is near.

  4. is belichick married?

never mind the story says they have been separated for 2 years...this guy sounds a bit bitter....has to live in his moms basement?  common man...maybe that is the reason she is not happy in her present relationship...don't make belichick to be the bad guy here...after all..he is a dude and when women come calling, not much the male sex can do but accept the call...its part of our dna

I hope you are kidding. That the dumbest thing I've read on TBD since posters called for Losman's benching.

  5. Matthew was in the MNF booth last night pimping the movie. He said its a movie about living life. When tragic events happen, getting out of bed and making the most of what you have and pressing on. He said it was the best script he ever read. I was impressed with his candor - seems like an honor for him to do the movie.

I've known about the Marshall story for years and look forward to seeing the movie. If you are interested in the real-life story, check out this documentary.

  6. The ugly New Jersey divorce involving Bill Belichick just got a lot nastier with the jilted hubby now claiming that his wife is involved in “a sexual relationship” with the New England Patriots’ head coach.' Vincent Shenocca, the Jersey construction company owner whose wife, Sharon, has been huddling with the Pats’ gridiron genius, has amended his divorce complaint and added “adultery” to his list of grievances. “I have learned that (Sharon Shenocca) has engaged in an adulterous relationship with William Belichick, head coach of the New England Patriots [team stats],” reads Shenocca’s amended complaint. “At the time I initiated this proceeding I was not certain of the nature of (Sharon’s) relationship with Mr. Belichick. I have since learned that it is a sexual relationship that commenced well before I filed my complaint for divorce.” The adultery volley came after Sharon Shenocca moved to add “pain and suffering” to the list of gripes she filed against her would-be ex.
