  1. Valtrex?
  2. It's very strange. Earlier this week, USC QB coach (and unofficial Asst. OC) Steve Sarkisian turned down the Raiders job. Then they come back and offer it to Kiffin? Very weird. Sarkisian definitely had more buzz than Kiffin, as it was Sarkisian who got a ton of credit for turning around Carson Palmer (Norm Chow had a lot to do with that also), coached Leinart into a Heisman winner, and has been working extensively with Booty and Booty's backup Sanchez, who pundits say is the better QB. I'd assume Sarkisian takes over as the full-time OC and then gets a better job than Oakland very soon.
  3. Willis' WNY headquarters for paternity claims.
  4. We disagree. The wait doesn't seem that bad at all. They could probably even add a week or two. Signed, The NCAA
  5. The unfortunate news as that they are still clearly the class of our schit-ass division, and will probably coast to another 11 or 12 wins next year and a division title. Yes, I know the Jets beat them on a horrible field, and I know the Phins shut them out in an unexplainable event, and the Bills were inches away from 1st & goal and a 24-7 3rd quarter lead. But let's not even pretend that the Miami, NYJ, or the Bills were, as a whole, a better team this year. Couple that with the fact that they have superior cap space and mulitiple draft picks, I have a feeling they will address their LB and WR issues and not skip a beat. Until the Bills figure out how to beat them, the best we can hope for will be Wild Card and a 1st round playoff game on the road. Chalk it up to Pats manlove all you want, but it's true.
  6. And an incredibly profitable pornography industry.
  7. She actually was nearing top speed on the Hotness Highway, before slamming on the brakes and merging onto the Federline Freeway, which everyone knows will take you right into the town of Disgusting. Disgusting itself is known for it's lax child welfare laws, numerous stores selling bandanas, crooked hats, and baggy jeans to Disgusting white men, and it's lack of retailers selling female underwear.
  8. Dude, that's not cool. Prince is the real deal on the guitar. Just because he's short doesn't mean you have to call him "Flutie."
  9. Isn't next year when the Panthers and Bucs are good again, and they get everyone to jump back on their bandwagon? I don't see the Ravens doing much next year, but then again, I wrote several posts before this season (and even after their hot start) saying that they weren't any good, so I don't know much.
  10. That one is great! A recap of a recent conversation I had- Her: "You kissed Katie Thomson on New Years!" Me: "In 1999!!! I didn't even know you yet! And it was New Years- you're suppossed to kiss someone!" Her: "And of course you just happened to find the biggest slut there to kiss?" Me: "Katie is a slut? You guys just went to the mall two days ago, I thought you were friends?" Her: "We ARE friends! That's why I'm mad that you kissed her!" Me: "Holy cow. I'll be at the bar watching whatever game is on."
  11. Steve Freeman and Henry Jones. Leonard Smith and Kelso backing up.
  12. We have proven we can run ANY adequate running back out of town. We don't need to use the #12 pick on one. The only way most of you people will be happy is if the Bills pick up a guy from a WNY high school, who went to UB, is clearly a "Buffalo guy" (whatever that means,) was undrafted, runs for 2100 yards per season, catches 65 passes for another 800 yards, scores 22 TD's, has zero fumbles but five fumble recoveries, donates his $475,000 salary to charity, negotiates his own contract without an agent and never asks for a raise, and most importantly, NEVER gets a girl pregnant. Of course, he probably has trouble picking up the blitz and therefore will be flamed on message boards and talk radio until the next RB is cycled through.
  13. Very nice. Way to look about 3 years into the future. I agree, don't cry for Ralph. He's taken a minimal investment and watched it grow into a franchise worth several hundred million dollars. However, Ralph is going to die. He is an old man, and I think PTR was just facing facts that down the road, the status quo might not fly. I don't boohoo Ralph for making "only" $7M per year on the Bills. However, what happens when Ralph passes on, and a young brash owner (like, maybe the Maloof brothers from Vegas) buys the team? No ties to Buffalo, what's the point of keeping them here and making "only" $7M per year, when they know they can move to LA or Vegas and make New York Giants money? Golisano is the only safe bet right now...Anyone else buys the team, I can't imagine them staying in Orchard Park, or even WNY. Loyalty and tradition ain't schit. If the Browns can move, anyone can move.
  14. Agreed. I just assumed there was a process of acquiring a warrant to search anything. They had information that he might be the guy for 10 days. I would hate to see them lose this 100% match because they skipped a 'paperwork' step where they would've acquired permission of the court to seize this clown's fork from a restaurant and obtain his DNA sample.
  15. I have heard that before, in similar situations, when cops collected DNA off of a discarded cigarrette or something like that. However, I assumed they had court paperwork (warrant or something along those lines) stating that the guy was a person of interest, and they would be looking to collect DNA by any means possible. THEN they tail him to a restaurant or collect his smoke butts, etc. But I don't really know, that's why I'm asking...No paperwork necessary? And I understand pulling DNA from a cigarette, it was the smoker's choice to throw it on the sidewalk. It therefore becomes public property. However, at the restaurant, it's not like he had the choice of taking the silverware and glassware with him, or leaving it behind...You can't exactly steal the stuff...
  16. Any legal eagles out there? The cops got a tip that he was their man, and needed a DNA sample to compare to DNA found at the crime scenes. They tailed him to a local restaurant, where they went in to dine undercover as well. They told the manager to make sure that nothing was touched on his table, and after he and his wife finished eating and left, the fuzz took his silverware, glassware, etc. to the lab to collect DNA. I do not believe they had a warrant or anything like that. Is that DNA evidence collected from the restaurant admissable in court?
  17. How did firemen work their way in between 'midgets' and 'female genitalia'?
  18. Antonio Pittman from Ohio State has a 5-month old daughter. Maybe we should draft him.
  19. Go Bills Go, eh? or maybe Lets Go TOR-ON-TO!
  20. The only real positive that I see is that I would be able to go to the fully nude strip clubs in Canada to watch the 4pm games, rather than slumming it at 24 Karat Gold like I do now after a long day at the Ralph.
  21. Bring a chisel and scuff up the Cup where the '99 Dallas Stars names are etched. That should go over well.
  22. Normally I'd agree, but this year, it may have been legit. The huge 'surprise storm' in October left hundreds of thousands of people without power for several days. Many, many WNY-ers incurred unexpected costs, including generators, replacing spoiled food, new furniture and repairs for flooded basements, tree removal, exterior home repair, etc. I've lived in Buffalo for a long time, and it was a BAD storm. One for the ages. We all know that people find ways to support the Bills when they are playing well. But, when the team is 2-5 and you just shelled out $1500 or more that you weren't expecting to spend, suddenly paying $250 for your family to watch a mediocre team at the Ralph isn't a priority.
  23. Perhaps they will trade it to the Bills so we can move up to draft the third-best defensive lineman from a 5-6 ACC team.
  24. Gonzalez, it's probably a good move to make the jump. Not that he's ready for the NFL, just that I can't imagine his stock would be higher next year. He's been playing next to a college superstar in Ginn, and had a Heisman-winner QB throwing to him. He probably feels like no matter what, next year would be a down year for him. I was always pretty impressed by him...He finds a way to get open. It reminds me of when St. Joe's had that incredible year in hoops, with Jameer Nelson, when they were a buzzer beater away from the Final Four. I believe Delonte West was a sophomore on that team, and played pretty well in his role, much like Gonzalez did at Ohio State. West probably wasn't NBA-ready at that time, but he entered the draft because he knew his stock would never be higher. He ended up getting picked late in the 1st round by the Celtics. Pittman, I don't know. I honestly haven't seen enough of him to make a fair assessment. He probably feels the same way- if there's going to be an inexperienced QB and young wideouts on the OSU offense, opposing D's are going to gang up on him. If you play RB and you have ANY opportunity to go pro, I always think you should do it. With the amount of shots you take in a season, injury can happen at any time, and you're much more exposed to injury than other positions. You might as well at least get that signing bonus before you tear your knee up...
