  1. I hear ya, let's make Sunday a great day for Thurmal! As for the card, maybe a "I'm sorry for your loss" card would be appropriate.
  2. HBD! Hope the Bills bring one home for you and the other Buff fans in FL!
  3. I see him at 10th (7th in yds, 10th in attempts.) But of RB's over 50 attempts, only 4 have a higer YPC. http://www.nfl.com/stats/leaders/NFL/RYDS/2005/regular
  4. TD is thoroughly enjoying the 47 Kelly Holcomb threads on the main board today.
  5. Right on brother. We've done that sh*t before. We know what 2nd best feels like. Enough skating through the park. We need results in the Big One. The St. Louis Blues have made the playoffs for 26 straight years in the NHL, the longest current streak in any professional sport. Do they come to mind when you think of the best sports franchises? Or even the best NHL franchises? I'm sure their fans would welcome 1 Stanley Cup over all of those "great seasons" and "almosts."
  6. Maybe, just maybe, Kelly will show us that Holcomb magic and lead the team (through the toughest part of the schedule) to a 7-5 record, thus finishing at 8-8. Maybe a sniff of the playoff hunt for a weekend or two. We can then pick 17th in the draft and save money on the draftee's signing bonus. I see what TD is up to...
  7. It's almost as if struggling last year really helped him, and now the game has slowed down a bit for him. Hmmm... I heard an interview with Archie Manning, and he said Eli would call him after games last year and say, "What am I supposed to do Dad? Nobody is open." Archie said he would just laugh. What looks like fast forward now will become slow motion next year.
  8. Everyone saw that game (because it was playoffs) and automatically assumed that Holcomb was awesome. He's not. Please edit and include "Cleveland had a big lead, but their offense couldn't keep the ball, and they lost."
  9. This farmgirl slightly lowers Wisconsin's stock. This one is great because she looks like she's getting banged.
  10. I just !@#$ with the color on my TV till that black turned into blue. The Islanders were wearing their road "pinks."
  11. Nah man, of course. I know what you're saying. I think we can agree that BotD is a safe, happy place in a cold, dark world. I'm with ya on Eva Mendes also.
  12. Not being sensitive, just protecting the gals who can't speak for themselves, thats all. Plus, I don't want JSP to be deterred from the grueling task of surfing through pic after pic of young potential BotD's. If we sh*t on every pic, the man might start to feel unappreciated.
  13. He works construction in the offseason. I like #11. Apparently the Bengals have everything going right this year. Is she topless?
  14. I think JSP does a swell job with the heavy responsibility of the BotD. I suppose it's not surprising that every chick gets the zoom-in critique from the board, but man we are really all over these girls. I'll start to get real nervous when someone posts "Nice rack but, her high heels kinda clash with her bikini top." Keep up the good work JSP, and don't let the naysayers hold you down. This is the one thread of relief on this doomsday board.
  15. Outstanding work JSP and KD- I like that you can faintly see the outline of the silver dollar nip on her left teet.
  16. We're not really calling Gus Ferrotte a starter now, are we? Oh, sorry Puhonix. But really, could you imagine the meltdown in Beantown if the Sox got bounced and Brady was out for a while? Of course, don't they have an unheralded 6th round pick who didn't start for his college team waiting in the wings? I've seen that play out before....
  17. But clearly I was serious.
  18. I felt misled, betrayed, deceived.... Look out TD, Clutch is auditioning for your job!
  19. Whaddya mean? Don't the leaves don't turn black when they are on fire in California?
  20. His cellphone crossed signals, and he specifically heard Ralph on a conference call saying "Get that hairbag outta there and put in that fat Southern kid we have."
  21. You're an idiot. Why would they release him when they could get at least a 4th rounder for him (which the Great One TD could probably negotiate into a 3rd)
  22. I felt like subverting my staff after looking at the Jessica Alba pic in the Off Topic forum.
  23. Comparing the Bills QB's, it is obvious that Shane Matthews should start over Kelly Holcomb Sunday. (Losman is out, he's had his chance. Four games is plenty.) These stats are with the Bills only- Holcomb: 2 games. 5-9 (55.5%) for 27 yards. 0 TD, 0 INT. 1 sack for -6 yds. 60.9 rating. Matthews: (Fun Fact- hard to believe he is the only current NFL player with the last name Matthews) 3 games. 2-3 (66.7%) for 44 yards. 1 TD (33 yds) 0 INT. 0 sacks. 149.3 rating. LET THE SHANE MATTHEWS ERA BEGIN!!! The young guy didn't work, so why not go with the oldest guy we have?
  24. Never saw it; missed the game and the highlights I saw didn't reference the injury. Any video or pic links?
  25. From the Website: He founded the Buffalo Bills in 1960, and is the only original AFL owner to keep his team in its originating city – despite the fact that Buffalo is one of the league’s smallest and often economically depressed cities. I respect that Ralph didn't always do the right thing, but based on the other owners who are in the Hall, Ralph deserves to go.
