  1. Hey, I respect everyone's opinion on here. I have to say I don't think for a nanosecond that if Rosen is still available at 12 that the Bills will pick Rudolph over him. They will full-on sprint to hand in their card, open SEVERAL bottles of champagne, McDermott clap his hands numb, and then try their best to hide their massive erections over the fact they got at 12 for what most would agree they could've easily coughed up both 1's, a 2, a 3 and even next year's 1st. Then, with the realization that they still have another 1st rounder, 2 2's, 2 3's, at least one member of the organization will spontaneously combust. I will have died seconds after I hear, "With the 12th pick in the NFL draft, the Buffalo Bills select.....Josh Rosen, quarterback, University of California Los Angeles."
  2. I didn't think Stroud was that bad....he was injured alot, but there were some games that when he was healthy he was pretty dominant.... On a side note, I was at a Bills game during Stroud's tenure, and my buddy's job was participating in rolling out the flag during the anthem so we were on the field...i was standing at the goalpost, and Stroud was warming up literally 10 feet away from me. The largest man I've ever seen up close. He looked pretend he was so effin huge...he looked like he ate people.
  3. You make some valid points. Definitely not a glass half-full kinda guy are you? ☺ But you were spot on when you said winning will fix things. That is the reason I'm predicting us to get two primetime games this year. I admit I may be a tad bit unrealistic in expecting us to get a home Monday night game AND a home Sunday night game, but it is possible. Fact is the Bills DID make the playoffs last year. Fact is they were in that game until the final seconds. Fact is they overachieved playing for a young, hungry, and energeric rookie coach. If people are saying it matters that we only scored a FG in that game, and that we traded our "playoff QB", then the things I mentioned above have got to matter too. Winning DOES change everything. During our 4 year run, it was a foregone conclusion that we would play at least 2, sometimes 3 primetime games. I believe our team is on the uprise, and I believe the schedule makers are going to show us some love. I'm sticking with my prediction of a Monday night game, AND a Sunday night game, one of them being at New Era.. Go Bills!
  4. Hahaha I remember hearing people say that!! Yeah I wouldn't trade that night for the world, and I would happily bet our crowd noise against ANY other stadium when we're at capacity and rockin like that...Seattle, Kansas City, Green Bay, Oakland....no doubt in my mind we can get louder. My left ear took a day to catch back up to my right, and I too sounded like one of those people with the electronic voice boxes haha.
  5. + 100 Holy smokes if you watch O'Korn's youtube highlight clip vs Purdue, he looks pretty freakin solid. I will admit that is the ONLY clip I watched.
  6. Gotta go with Allen based off of his potential, coupled with the fact I don't know if the FO could withstand the backlash that would come with NOT taking him and him becoming another team's franchise QB.
  7. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy seeing the Bills play at 1pm. Matter of fact I will even go as far as to say the ONE downside(for me personally) to the Bills playing on primetime is having to wait all day, or until the next day to see them play. It's like, I feel lost until they come on. However, to me, NOTHING beats the excitement of seeing the Bills play a primetime game, particularly at home...NOTHING.
  8. Someone on here pointed out to me last year that the Bills(or maybe it was Ralph)did not prefer to have home prime time games due to logistics, our fans across the border, and some other things that I guess did make sense, logically speaking. But damn that. I want a home Sunday night game AND I want a home Monday night game. I will take any opportunity to see the Bills play on primetime TV, but I'm freaking tired of our only primetime game being on Thursday night, and either at the Jets or at the Patriots(somehow always after their bye). I've only had the privilege to attend one Monday night game, and that was back in 2007, vs the Cowboys. We all know how the game ended, but I kid you not when I say that Ralph Wilson Stadium was absolutely BANANAS....the white towels waving, 70,000 + screaming fans...the stadium literally shook...I have never been a part of something so electric, so infectious...the crowd alone almost willed us to victory. I want some more of that. And I feel like we will be rewarded this year with a home Monday nighter, but I'm expecting a home Sunday nighter as well..
  9. I don't think we should trade Hughes personally. He's still our best pass rusher, and after a quiet year last year, believe he can still get to double digit sack numbers... However if he can be packaged into a combo to get us to #2, without having to give up both of our 2nd rounders and next years first, best of luck to you Mr Hughes...
  10. If Mayfield is still available at 12, before Goodell finishes the last name of the 11th player drafted, I would break both legs sprinting to hand in the card and would glide the rest of the way on pure adrenaline
  11. Have to agree, wholeheartedly. For all of their excellent acquisitions, shrewd trades, addition by subtraction of attitudes and salary cap stranglers, and savvy wheeling and dealing McBeane has done, not getting one of the top 4, IMHO, would really be a colossal failure. I am behind them 1000%, and have yet to find major fault with ANY of the moves this FO has made, including starting Peterman @ San Diego. But there's just no way in tarnation that they haven't made all the freakin moves they have to sit idly by and let Darnold, Rosen, Mayfield, and Allen ALL fall off the board. I robustly believe that McBeane has his eyes on that #2 spot, and wouldn't be surprised if we are already sitting in that spot prior to draft night. And if we aren't, I'm confident there's already a package prepared for 2, 3, or 4 depending on the number one pick. Even sitting put and taking Jackson at 12 would severely dampen my spirit.
  12. Have to agree, seeing Clements almost single handedly separating Brady from his head gets him on the list alone. https://youtu.be/M4OTH0pddv4
  13. Welcome. Agree this draft is going to be a whole different level of excitement than, well for me personally, any other draft in franchise history.... Congrats to you guys for pulling the trigger and snagging that number 3 pick. Forced us to most likely have to cough up an even prettier penny now to jump over you to number two. But make no mistake we are more than equipped to do so...I firmly believe this is our year!
  14. Maybe in previous years, or even after the season ended, I might've been inclined to say no. But last year, after receiving just a morsel of Buffalo Bills playoff football to chew on, and seeing what a team with an energetic, capable young coach can do, and a Front Office that clearly has a vision in mind and a well laid-out plan to do so, count me in the "get your franchise QB no matter what it takes" camp. In a year very few people at OBD(and even fewer outside of it) predicted us to make the playoffs, we did it despite sub-par QB production and a slew of other shortcomings throughout the team. I absolutely shudder when I think how far this team can go with a stud under center. I have a great deal of faith in what Beane and McDermott are doing here, and I just don't see them doing everything they have done, and all the wheeling and dealing they have to just sit at 12 and take BPA. Come draft night, I have a great feeling I'll be pleased with our pick, and that we WILL have Rosen or Mayfield....☺
  15. Agree, the timing of this is certainly odd. If anything I thought he was a decent rotational player and good depth...
  16. Is it too late for him to contact that Iyanla Van Sant lady? She helped get the deep voiced guy from Boyz II Men back on track..
  17. ???????????? I swear, if you are you need to start your day with a wonderful, gut busting laugh, or are down and need cheering up....look no further than TBD...
  18. This. This x 1,000 %. I admit it, wholeheartedly, that I too, sit on Sundays, and am filled with jealousy, frustration and anger. Watching quarterbacks sling it down the field with ease, seeing offenses run like powerful yet smooth engines, almost making throwing for 300 yards look effortless, happenstance even.(jealousy) Then I watch our Bills struggle so mightily at times just to get a first down. I watch our QB miss badly on a deep crossing pattern, overthrowing the receiver by 40 yards, then miss on a 7 yard out pattern, chucking the ball at the receivers feet. Then on 3rd down I watch him grossly lead his receiver 3 yards too far on a crossing pattern, getting that receiver instantly decapitated in the process. (frustration) And all I do is think, when will it be our turn? I really do believe this is our year...
