  1. I literally just tore all of my ass muscles looking at this pic
  2. I don't know why Gilliam didn't come to mind at first, maybe because they switched him to fullback..but he did have a TD Sunday against the Dolphins... He's gotta bring more to the table than Smith I'd imagine(minus blocking)
  3. Heavy dose of Lee Smith Sunday? 😳
  4. I think Davis is gonna be just fine as our #4 WR don't you? I'm not givin up on Knox yet, I just hope he can get past this concussion and back onto the field pronto. Last game was a lil rough for him....but it's wayyy early and plenty of time for him to be the guy for us at TE....
  5. I like your enthusiasm, however you'll have to count me amongst those who absolutely do not think this will be an easy game. Not by a long shot. I think it's a little premature to call our offense unstoppable just yet. Don't get me wrong, I think Allen is ballin out of control, and Diggs Brown and Beasley are an excellent starting 3. We have yet to get our running game flowing, and we still don't know where we are as far as our TE situation goes, especially with Knox fumbling and dropping another pass before going out w/injury. We ARE 2-0, but we beat two teams we were SUPPOSED to beat. In the Jets game we left ALOT of points on the table and let them hang around til the 4th quarter due to turnovers and sloppy play. In the Dolphins game they were beating US and we had to comeback to get the W. We got lots of work to do. But I do believe we have the potential to be unstoppable, and if Josh keeps improving like he has, man oh man, I can vision a future where he's not just in the conversation about MVP, but is the favorite! This Rams game is gonna be a more accurate gage on where we are as a team, IMHO.
  6. I would have absolutely zero problem with that. Fitz(both Magic AND Tragic) would be a significant upgrade over Barkley. And I like Barkley....but i love Fitz.
  7. Blaine Edwards and Antoine Merriweather....loved In Living Color back in the day! 👍 That would be the Ambiguously Gay Duo from SNL I think..
  8. I bet somebody's missing Stefon right now!! 😅
  9. The day is finally here fellas.....OUR day... As my uncle Reggie always says, "Let's line em up and lay the wood to em!" Go Bills!!
  10. With all of the weaponry that has been provided to Daboll(and Allen), I think that's a fair assessment in regard to where they should be ranking offensively...my first thought was that they should rank much higher than that to call the season a success, but Allen is still growing as a quarterback, and is still learning from what i hear is a pretty darn complex playbook...so yeah, middle of the pack offensively, we should be fine. Especially with the defense we are putting on the field. We finish 15th in the league offensively and I believe that translates to 11-12 wins comfortably.
  11. And you're definitely not alone. Hopkins is an elite WR. Kinda like choosing between the ribeye or the porterhouse 👍
  12. My wife and daughter will be down in her hometown of New Orleans so it'll just be me. Gonna make me a simple yet delicious Italian hoagie. I layer honey ham, salami, pepperoni, and capicola on top of an open hoagie roll, top it with some smoked provolone cheese, and set it in the oven at 400 for about 8 minutes. When the cheese is perfectly melted, and just starting to brown bubble in spots, I pull it out, sprinkle some salt, pepper and oregano on it, throw my lettuce, tomato, black olives and banana peppers on top.....and get to grubbin!
  13. As much as it would hurt to lose in the AFC Championship game, to be so close you could taste the Lombardi trophy, I'd have to call the season a success, and I'd be happy. But more importantly, I'd be SUPER optimistic about the 2021 season, which would obviously be all-or-nothing....
  14. Saints all the way, says my heart. Saints fight tooth and nail in a tough, super-competitve NFC South and still win the division, but split with the Bucs AND Falcons. Arguably the best division in the NFL. The Saints are my 2nd favorite team as my wife is from New Orleans. As easy as it is to envision them going 12-4, I can just as easily see them going 9-7 or 8-8 in a season as unpredictable as any other. I predicted a Bills-Saints super bowl, and if that indeed does happen, as much as i love my wife, I'll be the one head to toe in Buffalo red white and blue...😁
  15. Previous seasons, maybe...but not THESE Bills. We have the most complete team we've had since the 90's....no chance in hell Peterman has a good game against us. I envision a stat line like: 4-17 for 22 yards, 0 TDs, 3 INTs, after being pulled midway through the 2nd quarter...
  16. I'm happy to admit that I felt the same way when Buffalo signed him. It was more of a "oh ok", "meh" type feeling. I knew Brown was fast and that was it, and I wasn't thrilled about us signing yet another sub 6 foot WR. Brown exceeded all my expectations. He took the WR1 role and owned it, and did it humbly. Some of the moves he put on CBs was just plain nasty. I'm with you in that I cannot wait to see our WRs in action this year, because you simply cannot double Diggs OR Brown. I think the biggest problem we'll face when it comes to them is spreading enough love around, cause SOMEBODY is gonna be open. EVERY play. Is it game day yet?? 🙂
  17. Jeez that's a shock to me to see Rankins name in trade rumors...yeah he's definitely had some injury issues but when healthy this guy is a disruptive difference maker on that D Line. I'd argue he's an upgrade over any of the interior lineman we currently have on our roster...not named Ed Oliver
  18. I played football with and was roommate's with his nephew, Ian Riddick, at Pitt. Great kid, humble, hard worker. Was a walk-on at Pitt and played DB. We watched the music city miracle game together in our room, and when Buffalo lost, we sat in that room in silence for two days....
  19. Statistically impossible to disagree with you on this. His stats defy logic as to why he's in Canton. Perhaps "moxie"??? Flair?? Beats the crap out of me.
  20. What do you mean, Diggs and DAVIS?? Did you forget about me sir? Sincerely, John Brown All jokes aside though, I'm also excited to get this season underway, and I'm optimistic about Davis. But he's got a looong way to go to even be in the conversation about being the number 2 WR. He has yet to play a down in the NFL, and at this point, the only thing it's safe to say for sure is that he's secured himself a roster spot. Time will tell if he's the real deal. I'm hoping he is. 👍
  21. Amen. Saints are loaded, and that D-line with Jordan, Rankins, Davenport, and now Clowney, man they're gonna make life hell on opposing QBs and RBs...i think Clowney will be motivated to perform just surrounded by the talent alone. He won't be "the guy" anymore.
