  1. HOW THE !@#$ DOES KELSAY CONTINUE TO COLLECT A PAYCHECK?????
  2. Shouldn't you be getting ready for tomorrow's game JP?
  3. If I'm thinking of the same play, no way that was a pick. They only showed it once, but from one angle it clearly hit the ground. Bottom line, UB was by far the better team on the field tonight. Ball St. thought all they had to do was show up.
  4. Anyone just catch the 2 min drill on ESPN? Berman quote: "Repeat after me: 1: The Bills are not taking the first step to moving to Toronto 2: The NFL has NO business putting a team full time in Canada NOBODY CIRCLES THE WAGONS LIKE THE BUFFALO BILLS"
  5. Hopefully means a faster path to something better. Good luck but seems like with your attitude it will just be a matter of time...
  6. Last year in Jax was a "career" game for JP. He failed miserably. That being said, I have always been a JP fan and hope for the team's sake and for his sake, he can lead us to a good win on Sunday.
  7. A few short years ago, that was so true. I was at Miami and clearly remember a 59-3 beating in Oxford where our punt returner almost took back 3 in the first half! Might have even been one quarter. He actually would have if he didn't try and showboat by running right at the punter to try and juke him to make him look stupid (UB punter got a good hit on him and may have forced a fumble if I remember correctly). For a guy to come in and turn the program from complete joke to MAC champion in 3 years is simply amazing. Count me as one who didn't think it was possible. Imagine if the Bills had a coach like Gill who could actually get the most out of the talent he had available.
  8. I thought for a while Ball St. was a little overrated but they are still a very good team. That being said, it's not a given for "good" MAC teams to beat mediocre teams from some of the bigger conferences. When I was at Miami in 2003, we dropped our opener at Iowa (ranked high at the time I think) then steamrolled everyone the rest of the season. We had some trouble early on in the bowl game vs. Louisville before coming on strong and eventually winning convincingly. That was the year before L'ville really came on if I remember correctly. I think a bowl win for UB would be bigger in affirming their stauts as a good team nationally speaking. The MAC has some good teams and is very competitive but they need to start performing a little better against other conferences in bowl games.
  9. Game over. I kinda wanted Ball St. to win because it would have been "better" for the MAC in the scheme of the BCS and whatnot (and I really have no allegiance to UB) but it is really hard to not be happy for Gill & Co. Congrats Bulls, pretty damn impressive!
  10. Just like they did for three straight division games, the MNF game, and the Niners game last week right!?
  11. I'm usually a beer guy myself, but at Company parties I like to go with mixed drinks because: 1) I don't want to be that guy who is burning through 12 beers during the course of the evening and 2) Someone else is paying!!! Seriously though if it was me I would go double captain & coke or Bombay Sapphire Gin & splash of tonic.
  12. And after the 5-1 start I rember actually thinking "man it is going to be cool to not hope for 4 different scenarios to play out every week for the last 5 weeks of the year". Sorry for jinxing it everyone.
  13. Can you pass some of that over here?
  14. WHY ARE THE STARTERS IN???????????
  15. Wow good for you pal. You have been so damn proud about your watching at home to save $ BS but none of us give a damn. You're not going to change anyone's mind so why don't you give it a rest. As a matter a fact maybe instead of trying to antagonize, you should actually thank us. Yeah you know the ones that pay and go to the games to prevent a blackout. Without us, your little solo gluttonfest wouldn't have a game to watch.
  16. That was a "Bills-esque" way to blow it for the Raiders. All they had to to was get a stop, and sure enough they let Miami get into easy FG range, use all their TO's and have most of the clock eaten up in the process.
  17. Mother F*cker! Can't anything ever happen the way I want it to?
  18. C'mon rookie kicker CHOKE!!!!!!!!
  19. Big 4th down coming up.
  20. Seriously. I can't fathom actually choosing not to attend games in person (assuming the choice was available/practical). I spend a lot of time and money on my season tickets, travel to and from games, food, beer, apparell, etc. It's really one of the only things I do for "myself". I wouldn't trade it for anything though. Even when the team makes you want to rip your hair out. It's more than just watching a football game that I could see on tv. It's an all day event that lets me drink some brews, eat some food, and talk football & life with family and friends that I don't see often during most of the year. To each his own, but I'm glad my family and friends share the same enjoyment that I do on fall Sundays at the Ralph.
  21. My Seats are in 109 too! I'll be there loud and proud as always! Gotta get back on track this week. GO BILLS!
  22. We loose 3 straight to the division and 4 of the last 5 overall. You assume we win out save the Denver game, but still may pull that one out... May I PLEASE have whatever the fugg you are snorting/smoking/eating? I would love to be where you are right now.
