Am I happy the Bills won? Hell yeah! I don't have to work tomorrow and I'm still drinking in celebration! Do I think this win will spring the team onto bigger and better things? Not really....I would have bet a million dollars that we would have found a way to blow this game in the 4th/overtime and we almost did a few times. No matter the coaching/qb/whatever situation, I can never root for the Bills to loose. Aside from the fact that I won't be ripped on at work this week, I'm just glad the Bills didn't blow yet ANOTHER game that was basically served up on a platter to them (Dallas MNF, Cleve MNF, Pats MNF, last week, etc.). If we can find a way to pull one out next week, I might start to get a small bit of hope back but Im pretty sure this will end up being just another one of Jauron's "BS" wins that gives a glimmer of hope only for us to get smashed next week. Better yet, we'll win next week with Fitz and get back into it only to lay an egg against Houston and get sent back down to earth. Regardless, Go Booze and Go Bills!

Yeah I mean why shouldn't the Bills pay a guy who isn't great but "solid" like a premier game channging defensive end? Just because we are better with Schobel on the field doesn't mean that is a good thing. Unless something drastically changes, our two starting DE's will pull in what 12 mil or something combined and their production could possibly be matched by the likes of Copeland Bryan, Ryan Denney if given the same playing time. The Bills continue to overpay for mediocre talent while they let premier talent walk due to $. The 6-10,7-9 cycle continues nonetheless I'll be there on game days hoping for different results (definition of insanity!).

As soon as I saw the thread name I immediately thought "man I wish I had a video of that time he got lit up."

*Stupid question alert* Is the location for the pregame tailgate an actual parking lot? Will there be plenty of room? It looked like it was walking distance to the stadium. Just trying to determine if this is a spot we can safely leave the car at while we're checking out the hall, watching the game, etc. Thanks!

Bump this thread. I'll be there next weekend with my fiancee and we're trying to figure out what our plan is going to be. We're planning on visiting the hall for a few hours early afternoon on Sunday but then need a place to grab some beers and some food before the game. Will there be a bunch of Bills fans at Loby's before the game? Is there parking near the stadium? Is tailgating allowed? Basically I'm a rookie as far as the hall goes and I just want to figure out what we should be doing next weekend to enjoy some food, beers, and fellow Bills fan company. Any specific suggestions would be appreciated.

Holy Sh*t! Best thread ever. Just called Directv and it's still going! Used the "cancel Sunday ticket" line at the menu prompt. When I got connected I explained I'm getting married in 2 months (which I am) and that my future wife wasn't thrilled about all the $ I was spending on my sports packages. I could barely get the words out before he started his "we appreciate you as a customer" stuff and immediately knocked me down to the $24.99 a month for the ticket. Also, 1st Superfan payment had posted already but he knocked off all the rest of them. Basically got the ticket and Superfan for $166.44!!!! Seriously this is the easiest $ I have ever saved. They're obviously wise to whats up as this guy seemed to be frothing at the mouth to give me the discount and he seemed to be following a rehearsed skit. I have the HD & DVR plan, have 3 recievers and subscribe to NFL and NHL tickets so that may affect how much they discount you but I'm sure anyone who makes the call will get something off regardless of your plan. Thanks again to those who brought this up!

Were you by any chance at the game in Miami last year? As we were pulling into the parking lot littered with Bills fans, my buddy pointed and said holy sh*t is that a Quinn Early jersey? I think I even have a picture with the person in the background.

There is a Drury Inn a few blocks from the arena. I stay at them occasionally and never have complaints. There is also a Hampton and I think a Courtyard Marriot just a block or two away. There's also a Crowne Plaza and the Hyatt within walking distance. The Drury is slightly farther away but would prob be the cheapest. Getting away from the "walking distance" hotels, there is a newly revovated Holiday Inn that has reasonable rates. Would be a short, cheap cab ride down to the arena district.

Oh I didn't miss it. I just know from my personal experiences, people who don't wear deodorant typically smell like sh*t! If BO helps you pull tail in Europe, I'll put another + in the living in America column.

Very Sad...Thoughts and prayers. These recent crashes sure don't calm this sometimes apprehensive flyer. I have a 7+ hour flight over the Pacific in a couple months for my honeymoon...on an Airbus. . I suspect there will be many cocktails involved.
