  1. As a Miami U alum that was attending school during Roethlosberger's carreer I may offer a little extra insight. I attended probably all but one or two home games during Big Bens college career as well as a few roadies. Despite playing in the MAC and not a big conference it was pretty evident that he had all the physical tools to make it in the next level. He made throws and plays that we're unreal for a college QB and made it look damn easy. I wanted the Bills to get him bad and it almost happened. I was actually surprised at Big Ben's early success because he was seemingly a little bit of a project, and I don't think was necessarily the brightest bulb on the tree. Anyways, the team he had around him that 13-1 year was pretty damn good and we had a good coach. Since that year the program has been a little up and down with a number of coaching changes. Granted I haven't seen near as many of Dysert's games but have probably seen more than most casual college fb fans. I will say the team he has around him pretty much blows especially on offense. I have seen him make some really nice throws down the field, in traffic, right where the ball needed to be. This is exactly the type of throw that this Bills team has not been able to make in a long time. I don't think Dysert has the physical presence or ability to improvise like Big Ben but who else does honestly? He still has plenty of size for an NFL QB, and I think his arm is more than adequate. He chucks it around a lot. From what I've seen I wouldn't mind him in a Bills uni.
  2. Our defense is basically madden 4-3 and either calling man or cover 2.
  3. Must be showing replay in stadium lots of groaning
  4. Not to mention could have opened a cutback lane. Garbage.
  5. http://m.espn.go.com/nfl/story?storyId=8773675 D: None of the above?
  6. Thank you for your service and welcome home!
  7. I know man it's really hard to fathom rooting against the Bills. In past seasons I've kinda bought into the win a couple late ones and build on next year kinda stuff but I'm just at the point where I've lost all faith in this coaching staff. This was THE year, and once again they crapped their pants. Time to move on.
  8. Can't believe I'm typing this but hope we get blown out next two weeks. It's the only hope of a shakeup in coaching and or QB. There is finally some talent and depth on the roster. We didn't get totally creamed by injuries this year. Yeah we were just mathematically emiminated this week but in reality were pretty much done since Indy. Other than coaching/QB there is really no excuse why this team isn't still in the thick of a wild card race right now especially with our schedule. My pipe dream is that this is like SF two years ago and we get a new coach in here that can make it happen (although I think we'd probably need a QB too).
  9. Wife and I both love her 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. May be a little bigger and fuel economy might not be as good as what you're looking for though. Completely redesigned from previous model and all around great SUV so far. With the v8 Hemi would have plenty of juice for towing.
  10. I also recently traded in an 08 Pontiac for a Caddy. I had a Grand Prix GXP that was a pretty decent car. Would take on pretty much anything in red light battles and around town. Not real great in snow or rain, and was starting to have some mechanical issues. Parts were expensive so wanted to cut my losses. Got a 2013 Cadillac ATS AWD a couple months ago. Went with the bigger engine and the top of the line trim so all the bells and whistles. So far really enjoying it. Not quite as much punch it power as the GXP but still pretty peppy and the handling and cornering is night and day. Always was somewhat interested in the solstice GXPs. Despite the drawbacks in practicality for everyday driving, think it would be a good choice for a little weekend / toy car? I know on the surface it seems like the bang for the buck would be hard to beat!
  11. Remember that Alex van pelt guy? Yeah the last QB (before Fitz) to wear a Bills uni that was really smart? The guy that everyone claimed was going to be a great coach? The guy that was an OC for one year with us and got a raw deal and was only going to go on to better things? The guy who after last year got fired as tampas QB coach? The guys who is now a running backs coach in Green Bay? Yeah Kelly couldn't hold that guys jock strap as a coach. That's why. He might not be able to hold my jock strap as a madden coach, and that may actually give me more credibility.
  12. We are so bad it's only fair that the Bills should be able to draft someone a year or two after they've played in the league
  13. Screw him he's done. Coulda iced two games now and failed
  14. Per Russ Brandon's twitter and thanks to Russ Salvatore
  15. Well why doesn't he just say f u chan and audible into the plays he wants to
  16. He was throwing a fade to the end zone. Pass was tipped. They should have spiked that ball and got themselves into a good play.
  17. Yeah those pussies that helped the Bills throw for 320, rush for 160, and gave up a whopping 3 sacks in the Pats house should be torched! C'mon mob lets go!!!!!!......gimme a fuggin break
  18. Yeah that mentality really ruined the Colts franchise....
  19. Thought Dareus actually played well today. Couple batted passes, was in on some pressures.
  20. Yeah they go three and out just enough to stay in it, fight back, then blow it in the end. Is Fitz the biggest problem with this team/franchise? Don't think so. But if you don't think he is absolutely limited by his lack of a deep ball and his tendency to turn it over in crucial moments, I'm sorry but you're completely out to lunch.
