  1. I would have cut him during the game. What a bum.
  2. Hmmm. Hard to disagree with anything here.
  3. This is pathetic. Treating the jets like the undefeated pats of a few years ago
  4. What the !@#$ is Hackett thinking? Jesus Christ this is pathetic
  5. Well I'm sure there's a lot of people like me that are reading on a mobile device and would not have seen the shout box post. I appreciated the info and like others have said, if you dont care stay out of the thread.
  6. Good to know for future games. Wasn't able to take ours to the RV lot for the opener but we knew if we were going to do it, we'd have to be there early Saturday to get a spot. Seems the opener is always sold out before the day of the game.
  7. It was loud. Not as loud as Dallas, Pats win or a few other notables but still pretty good IMO
  8. Love the wild mushroom! Came across it in one of our first stops up to Canada to drink as 19 year olds and it quickly became one of our favorite spots. Did New Year's Eve there when I was 20 I think? I'm sure we still have a bunch of dollars on the wall there. good times! Oh and as everyone else has said Niagara Falls, ny blows. Such a shame. Did my bachelor party there a few years ago cuz not everyone had passports and some weren't allowed into Canada for DUIs. Had a great time (I think) but would never consider staying there for a weekend or anything. Have done short weekend trips to Canadian side last couple years with wife our families before going to Bills games and its great. Winery tours, Niagara on the lake, falls view casino, etc. probably had one of if not best meal of my life at A.G. In the sterling inn where we stayed. 6 course chefs tasting menu with wine pairings. Worth every penny.
  9. Would be a lot better if maybe they charged $9.11 and made up the difference between normal greens fees. The extra going to a charity supporting victims of the attacks or something related. Good pub for the course, may bring in some additional business, and the little extra loot goes towards a good cause. Win win.
  10. Lots of prayers and a little $ heading your way. Such a cutie and she looks like a fighter! God Bless.
  11. I saw tons of people going across the street with beers in hand and didn't see any police officers batting an eye. I tossed my roadie before crossing just in case. Overall didn't really see any problems during the course of the day. Certainly seemed like less than normal.
  12. Yeah I wouldn't consider any I that low proof flavored stuff true shine. Know a couple people that can get some legit stuff from the bills of West Virginia and it will put some hair on your balls that's for sure. The good stuff although obviously super potent, is surprisingly smooth.
  13. Yesterday on PTI he also stated pretty emphatically that this years Baltimore team was better than last years.
  14. Between +2 and +4 on turnover battle and we have a chance
  15. A few min in. EJ is one of the 5 or so they are focusing on. Nobody knows how his career will go but damn its hard to not like the kid. And on a side note, the Honey Badger makes Vince Young look like Albert Einstein. Also pretty hard not to root for Marcus Lattimore. Seems like a great kid and hope he comes back next year to have a productive nfl career. I wouldn't bet against him.
  16. I'm from fredonia so I concur.
  17. Depending on where you are in Westerville, it might not be too far to get to spoonz. From Polaris take 71 south to 270 west. Get off at sawmill rd, go north and take a right into the shopping plaza with play it again sports. Spoonz sits in the corner. Probably 15 minutes total from Polaris/71. If you want to stay closer to Westerville, there is a Buffalo Wild Wings on Polaris about half a mile east of 71. Also a tilted kilt over on Sancus which intersects Polaris just west of the mall. Small dave and busters on back side of polaris mall. Another good sports bar that's a little more low key and basic is classics on state rt 3. Take Polaris east to rt 3 and turn right, classics sits in the big shopping plaza. Cheap beer and decent food but may want to confirm that they have the ticket first (pretty sure they do). Lots of other smaller places around Westerville and polaris that most likely have the ticket. ( carribean jerks west end of Polaris, possibly rusty bucket on polaris or old bag of nails pub uptown)
  18. This could be ugly. Bucks poised for a run at the national title and I'm sure Urban will have them ready. Miller is the type of QB & athlete that UB will simply not have been able to prepare for. That can pretty much be said about the whole team though. I know there have been many instances of "lesser" teams hanging with big boys in these early season games but I don't see it happening here. If this was still Tressel's team I could see UB hanging for a half, but I think this one is over early.
  19. I have watched a number of games at Spoonz and its great to be among fellow Bills fans. The bar is nothing special (in a strip mall) but there's plenty of TVs, they will have the audio on the speakers, and there is usually some drink specials I think. No food at the place but lots of times people will bring stuff to share and there's also a papa johns or something right next door that you can bring in. Obviously a very friendly place for Bills fans but it's a hike for me from Bexley. Have had the ticket for 5 years or so and haven't been there much since I got it. That B dubs on south high did close a few years ago. I used to frequent there around 2006-2007 as I lived around the corner in Brewers Yard apartments. I was usually the only Bills fan in there cursing at whatever small TV they would put the game on for me. Cbus is a good and underrated city I think. What area of cbus do you live in? I could suggest some other places that wouldn't necessarily be Bills bars but would still be a good place to watch a game.
  20. Well I'm a little behind but I just made my call. They charged me my first full price installment the other day so figured it was time to do something. First woman seemed a little inexperienced and offered me the ticket for half price I said not good enough. She transferred me to customer retention. Second woman eventually offered me ticket for fee but could not give me max for free or give me any other discounts to cover the up charge for the max. After a bunch of back and forth I asked for a supervisor. Once I got the supervisor, it went pretty smooth. Ended up with Sunday ticket max for free and had to agree to a 1 year contract. Didn't get any other discounts. Seems like the discounts have dried up this close to the season and the whole process took me about 30 min on the phone. I was firm but polite and informed all 3 people I spoke to that I was willing to switch providers if I didn't get the ticket for free. My sister works for another cable company and can get me a good deal on a cable/Internet bundle so ill still have that card in my pocket next year. Overall not as good a deal as many got earlier( but I'm happy with getting it for free especially this late. Good luck to any other procrastinators out there.
  21. But, but, they can be rehabilitated! Some people are just plain scum and deserved to be treated as such. Should save us all some $ and start offing these wastes. I got plenty of bullets they can borrow.
