    That at was my first thought. Horrible story and obviously can’t walk in someone else’s shoes but I personally can’t fathom leaving behind my child. Especially for something like that.

    Electric smokers are great for small scale & getting a feel for smoking. If you keep taking it further or want to start cooking for large groups, there will be a progression onto something else

    “Smoke and Spice” is a great bbq cookbook to have on hand. Covers lots of the basic concepts & techniques and has some great recipes.

    And Dahlin is 18 and regularly one of the best on the ice. I’m not saying Mitts can’t / won’t develop, but I just think he’s been disappointing overall this year.

    I like E Rod. He does a lot of little things. Mitts has been a disappointment.
