Unfortuneately, I think thats what has to be done. After this week's collapse I said time to blow the whole thing up.

I liked Mularkey at first but at this point I have my doubts about his ability to gameplan, motivate players, and adapt to situations during a game. From the 3rd and 1 gagetry to blowing 4th quarter leads, having the team sleepwalk through road games, etc. To me those kind of things point to bad coaching. I want to see someone who gets pissed at his team after blowing a 20 point 4th quarter lead not say "they gave it all they could" and " I feel bad for the guys it turned out that way". Christ, even is high school hockey if we played like crap or had a melt down like the Bills have had, we were skating line drills in practice till we were puking.

If its true it sure as hell doesn't speak well for MM as a leader or even a coach people want to play for. It'll be that much harder to get FA's in here now (assuming MM's here for another year).

This year is only his 3rd year as Cincy's HC.

If you actually watched the game yesterday and still think the line played well then you really need to learn a thing or two about football. Even freakin TD says every week that the line is "inconsistent" and shows "flashes" of good play. If the Kool-Aid man is admitting even the slightest of problems with a unit, the situation must be pretty freakin bad. If you want to sit there and keep bitching about Willis and sticking up for the retard carnival that is our o-line then go ahead and further confirm your stupidity.

Seriously, I bet you'll be erasing it by the end of the 1st quarter. It really was that bad. I'm talking like KC and NE 2 years ago bad. I said in another thread that today was the 1st time since being at college that I left the bar I was watching the game at early. I mean, there's been some aweful games that I've sat trough but today's just disgusted me. I was gone before the 1st half ended. If you're really going to watch it, I'd suggest having a vomit pail nearby and also rid the room of all breakable items. And maybe even tell all pets to leave the room, they didn't blow their coverage...

We think that we have plenty of talent on the offensive and defensive lines. Unfortuneately, some injuries have stricken these units and they haven't had the time to jell. At first, I was really pissed about the scheduling this year. Our school is only about 40 min from Cincy and I thought I would be going to the game again this year with a bunch of Bengals fans, to watch us wax them like last year. Well, the game is on X-mas eve and I'll be home for break. At this point, thank God that is the case. They are going to absolutely destroy us and I'm sure as hell glad I won't be there to take all the sh*t from my Bengals-fan friends.

I know what ya mean but its not like Reed's problems have suddenly came about this year. Sure we haven't had a decent offense in a few years but that's no excuse for dropping catchable balls. What ever happened to if you get your hands on it, you catch it or you sit. I heard during the Colts/Bengals game that during practice last week, Marvin Harrison dropped a pass from Peyton that was right there. They said it was the first time it had happened in 6 weeks. Bottom line, is Josh Reed the reason this team blows? no. But after you talk about all the obvious major problems at nauseum and then see a "game" like today, the smaller things come to the forefront.

Lemme take a guess here. You didn't actually watch the game and just looked those stats up. And if you did watch, you obviously need to improve your football knowledge because JP was not the big problem today. Go rub one out to your life sized Drew stand up...
