I was asking the guys that doesn't understand stats. It wasn't a trick question. Just imagine I said Titans instead of Giants or 49ers instead of Giants.
-
If random, what are the odds of playing the Giants in the preseason?
-
So the odds of playing any one given team are 1/28. There are 31 teams in the league and the Bills can't play with themselves so the odds are they will only have 1.035 games every preseason? Here's a stats quiz for you; With one dies, what are the chances of rolling a "6" five times in a row? Show your work.

Nah, he's pretty benevolent I think. You just don't get it. Didn't you ever have a jerky teacher that you learned a lot from? Plus when he messes with people it is usually in good fun like the Beerboy "omni-impotent" thing. Anyway, yes #4 works and I will boot up the frequency later and get the question in. Bad news is you most definitely do not get to pick the voices. He does his own impressions too. I have never heard him doing an impression of someone doing an impression but I suppose it is possible. I never know what he'll come back with unless the question is from DC Tom or about DC Tom. For some reason then the voice is always like that voice Ruth Buzzi did when she sat on that big rocking chair.

Did Mr. Goodell put little extra sugar in your kool aid this morning?

I haven't even read your questions yet and will hold off for a minute. Before I look at them I will point out that your set of assumptions is wrong. Items #1 and 2 are fine but it seems like you came up with item #3 out of thin air. Can you explain? While you're doing that I will read your questions and fill you in with a status on whether they can be asked. Edit: Ok I read your questions and have a few comments along with a question for you on how to proceed: 1. Your false premise #3 is the main problem. Do you want to trash the whole thing or march forward? I can ask but I think the whole thing falls apart there. 2. I'd really like to ask only question #4 if I have to stick with asking with asking one of those. Possibly I could ask #4 and one of the others but not all 3. I think he'd understand the point with just the one question. He really doesn't need a long explanation, he picks up on stuff pretty quick. He tends to get pissed when he thinks I'm patronizing him. 3. Can I substitute the term "all-powerful" for omnipotent? It's not a big deal really but every time I use the word omnipotent he starts giggling and asks me how Beerboy is doing. He then makes a joke about "Omni-impotent" and laughs for about an hour. Seriously, it was funny the first time but geez. 4. Just to let you know, his answers come back in famous voices. Usually this voice is actually a part of the answer.

Good work. Most of the people in this thread don't understand math and feel the need to ramble on about uniform colors to mask their lack of understanding.

If it is actually closer to its sun and borderline too hot for life do you know what that means? Do you?

You are asking the big man for a link? I don't think so. If you have a question for him, submit it in accordance with the GvG rules found in post 195 of the linked thread.

I had a GvG and asked and it is not God's fault you are bald.

They're in Detroit and looking for mindless drones? Ummm have they look across the river into Canada? :wallbash:

This doesn't make sense for two reasons: 1. Deals like this are not fair for other teams. I think if teams were doing this other teams would cry collusion. 2. Why in the heck would the Bills pick the Lions as the "rival"? If you couldn't do an in division rival, how about Cleveland or Indy who used to be in the division? The Lions make no sense.
-
Why do the Bills always play the Lions in the preseason? In any given year the odds of playing them is 4/31 unless the Bills have an extra preseason game which would make it 5/31. The way statistics works is through multiplication so for the Bills to play them say 5 years in a row is 4/31*4/31*4/31*4/3*4/31. That is .0000357 after some rounding. It is quite an anomaly and it will be interesting to see if it happens next year. There is about a 13% chance.

He can be a good guy and has done a lot for kids, but in the middle of July when he has had a few too many drinks....................DICK. He is a mean drunk most of the time. One time I remember him putting a broomstick handle through the spokes of Stephen Hawking's wheelchair and Hawking went @$$ over teakettle onto the floor. So he is funny too, but he treats waitresses very poorly and yells a lot about short people so he is mostly mean.

That's the same phrase Ennifer uses for a "date" with you. -
I had a GvG session about her and the man upstairs confirmed she is a fraud. Even set parameters on what can be asked and what can't doesn't restrict individual questions that fit the parameters.

Link if you dare It is about Canadians buying fresh semen. I know your immediate reaction must be , but think about it. At least it would spare them from having to actually have sex with a Canadian. And plus they can imagine they are buying a Canadian sex symbol's semen like maybe Celine Dion's. Here is the part I don't get though: If it is Canadian semen, isn't it basically frozen before it hits the ground/plastic cup/OMFG?

That is Ennifer's motto. It is amazing how much one topic morphs into another. -
You can take the boy out of Los Gatos but you can't take the Los Gatos out of the boy.

Neither did Sage. Neither did Ennifer really. But she knew what to do. -

Weird. I think Ennifer tightened some Bollinger bands on Sage once and it really freaked him out.
