I meant a psychologist because they can analyze people's personalities and intentions. Here is an example: If the usually tough Williams and prepared Fitz sign a contract will they continue their work ethic? We can all see the answer now but the psychologist might have been able to see it then. I think it would help the Bills to hire someone like this before re-upping Fred or SJ. The first to cost too many $$$ to not at least try to analyze these guys ahead of time.

I had a thread about this where I pointed out they should hire a psychologist to help figure out if once a guy signs a contract he will turn into a pumpkin.
