You could have the Social Services Administration save money by paying for peoples funeral expenses on a decreasing percentage basis. The longer they live, the less % the government pays. I have as much or more respect than anyone for old people but let's face it, they will do anything for a bargain. This idea will dramatically decrease the number of people in the system.
