Trent came in when clean up the city boy was hurt. When you consider the FACT that Trent put up more points against his opponents than anyone on their schedule except the teams they had played already how could you pull him? Plus he pretty much singlehandedly beat Dallas until the special teams and defense blew it. JP didn't lose his job any more than the guy who "lost" his job to Lou Gehrig. I think his name was Wally Knight. Gehrig had a good glove just like Trent.

You are so right. Rooting for someone else to get killed is desperate but the last time I checked it is not illegal. Maybe if she crosses her fingers and clicks her heels together. Then if she gets her wish and runs against McCain she can point out that he is pretty old and might die at any moment. Then maybe he'll die too. If she gets into office maybe she can root for Osama and Saddam and that short guy from Iran to get killed. We need leaders that have new solutions to problems. Right now she is trying to solve her own problem, but if she gets elected she can solve all of ours.

The sad part about this is that even though Hamdan has nothing, the term was invented to discuss the shortcomings of JP and Trent. JP has charisma, but has about as much poise as Hillary Clinton discussing assasinations. Trent has poise because he can sit in the pocket and wait, or quickly release his limp wristed throws. Unfortunately, Trent has about as much charisma as a tree stump with root rot.

If they are collecting and die before they are 66, 100% of funeral expenses up to $25,000 are paid. Every year after 66 the % goes down by 10. So at 75 if someone dies they can still get $2500. At 76, they get nothing. This is a bargain old people will jump on. Hopefully we can reduce life expectancy by 8 years or so. I haven't done a statistical model yet. I would not rebate all SS payments extracted from an individual because they are dead and dead people can't spend money. You may be aware that many of the kids of people 66 and up are hippies. Giving it to hippies is useless as has been proven over and over again. Outside of Grateful Dead concerts, not a single sector of the economy benefits. I would send out a flyer to all 75 year olds reminding them that the benefit is expiring soon. This is not the only part of the plan. The coupons and stuff are also important. I am aware not everyone would die to get these benefits but it is a start.

I have as much or more respect for old people than anyone, but expecting a 73 year old to see properly AND remember properly, is not exactly realistic. She may have seen it correctly and remebered it wrong or vice versa or got both wrong but no way did she get both right.
