No and no.
I instruct my banks, brokers, accountants, lawyers, proxies, and associates to adjust to the nearest dollar at the end of every month. This means if I have $1,362,458.49 at the end of the month in an account, the .49 goes straight to charity. I have a lot of accounts so you'd think they would be grateful but they're not. You should hear them complain when I have say $23,409,916.85 at the end of the month and ask them for the .15 to get to the nearest dollar. They cry like there is no tomorrow.
As for the loonie, I don't think so. What currency can be stable when it is buried under ice 11.2 months of the year and managed by morons?
