  1. That would probably be a horse of a fourteenth color.
  2. Which color was the horse again?
  3. Are you going to sue us together or separately?
  4. I would accuse you a lack of reading comprehension skills but I fear your lawyer so I won't. Also consider this a "direct warning": I never said a word about trucks so be careful.
  5. I think he is saying that the guy in the thread that is complaing about too many law suits will sue me if I'm not careful. Are you gonna sue me?
  6. Or maybe so Apple could be in compliance.
  7. Then why would he have all of the detail unless it came from the league? He knows it is a 2nd and a 5th. He knows Hardy sucks. There is just too much there for one guy to have come up with it.
  8. The favor is that the reporting gets done quickly and keeps the NFL out of Sox nightmares.
  9. True but as someone said it is probably a real report being prepped in case the trade pans out. It demonstrates the league wants to be sure the reporting is quick.
  10. It is now being reported in another thread that the Bills have made the trade. It sure seemed to get reported quickly. I'm sure this has nothing to do with Sarbanes-Oxley.
  11. I'm not familiar with that but generally pizza can't move on its own so I would have to guess it is irrelevant.
  12. I think I'm picking it up now. You're saying there is a law against getting a kid out of your car. Wouldn't it be trumped by the anti-child frying statute? It's sort of a catch 22 and then some. The guy could have just walked away and played dumb but it would have been tough to get that dead kid smell out of his car.
  13. Dude zero is zero. If you take off those rose colored glasses you'll see that the emperor ain't wearin nuthin.
  14. Maybe she was heading to the parking lot and was going to get in his car on a hot day?
  15. It applies to the NFL due to the anti-trust exemption which makes them publically traded from a legal standpoint. The Bills and Chiefs are treated like holy owned subsidiaries.
  16. Dude first you said people should run over children and now you're saying to let them fry in a car?
  17. Ummmm.....The pregnant goose?
  18. The NFL has an anti-trust exemption which puts it under the authority of the legislation. As usual Wikipedia is incomplete.
  19. Famous last words for a lot of people that now reside in Federal Prison.
  20. Your picture wouldn't seem to indicate that you're into that kinky stuff. I'm surprised.
  21. Dude businesses don't get much more public than the NFL. Literally everything about them is reported. They are definitely obliged to report stuff like this promptly and the Feds don't screw around lately with Sox. Sox is short for Sarbanes Oxley. I'm not sure who would be punished but the Feds have a wide net. Goodell, Wilson, the Chiefs owner and possibly Gonzalez would be in trouble, at least potentially.
  22. It's a criminal charge, not a civil charge college boy. The difference is that the State is charging him, not her. She is not asking for money like the chick that Kobe raped.
  23. Dude just because Larry Johnson decides to beat up some drunk broad does NOT mean that people should run over children with their cars. One thing has nothing to do with the other.
  24. Dude you are off base. It has to do with businesses reporting in a timely and accurate manner. "The NFL is a business" is a very common quote which you hear all the time.
