  1. #1 need is plainly and simply QB.
  2. Blindsided by the LDE?
  3. Did Peters throw a 92 yard pick right into the defender's hands when the Bills were in control of the game?
  4. Face it. Both clean up the city boy and the glove wearing Mary that was on the field today are NOT NFL caliber. JP lovers or JP haters won't make Trent suck any less.
  5. The pregnant goose is dumb. He ran 30+ yards downfield. 6 months of practice with Trent should make him aware that into a minimal wind, 28 yards is Trent's max.
  6. 1 TD -pass to aq Bill, 1 to a Jet. Both from in close. He also tried and failed to give Jets a TD on a fumble.
  7. If you take away all the crappy games then it is a 16 way tie for best QB in the AFC East. Trent is 1-1 as a QB this year. He won the Jax game for us and he lost the Miami game. All other games would have been the same no matter who played QB. Given that the Miami game is more important for tiebreakers, Trent is effectively 1-1.5 which is a 40% winning percentage which is well below average. When adjusted for the fact That Trent was a 3rd rounder it is actually pretty ok. The draft value chart says you move up 1 round per year so in 09 we will have to consider Trent a rookie first rounder. Realistically by 2011 or 2012 he shouldn't be blowing games like he did Sunday.
  8. It depends on what you mean. There are some schools like Harvard and Yale that are literally in the Ivy league and also considered "Ivy league caliber". There are some schools like Stanford that are certainly "Ivy league caliber" but play sports in other conferences. Then there are some schools that are literally in the Ivy league but are a couple of notches down from being "Ivy League caliber". Brown, Cornell and Suny Brockport come to mind.
  9. The crowd cheered when he did that last week.
  10. Really? A glove wearing Mary voting for a democrat? What's next, an old man like Jack Kemp who wears a compostory bag voting for McCain?
  11. 1) Natural Law Party 100% T-2) Republican Party 9% T-2) Democratic Party 9% 3) Reform Party 8% 5) Green Party 6% 6) Constitution Party 3% 7) Libertarian Party 2%
  12. Why has McCain Fine Gold not been a campaign issue? If we had implemented this on time there would not have been a financial meltdown. Our money would be tied to precious metals as the name of the legislation points out. Is McCain trying to lose on purpose by never bringing this up?
  13. Everyone laughed when I said the NFL shouldn't screw around with Sarbanes Oxley rules. Who's laughing now?
  14. They name their money after ugly female jockeys?
  15. This thread reminds me of Canada.
  16. If you want to start a thread about Ed, feel free. Just don't hijack this one.
  17. Dude if someone is offering you something on a silver platter you should B word about the platter not being gold.
  18. Congratulations. You've figured out that 3760 > 3000. Thanks for filling me in on the red handle codeword stuff though. I hadn't realized.
  19. Dude how could anyone say you're wrong? You did miss the part that may get McCain off the hook though. Look really close, just to the right of the traffic sign in the background. You can clearly make out Obama. It isn't real clear what he is doing but there is a definite throwing motion. It looks like he is holding some corn. McCain could very well have said "Earchucker".
  20. Technically neither one of them wears pants but I think I know what you mean. Don't worry about Sammy. He'll be fine.
  21. Not really. He's just nice. I think Carl has become accustomed to Sammy's edginess and is having a difficult ime with him being thoughtful. These things tend to work out over time.
  22. First of all, The Big Cat said the hippies got violent, not me. Next, and most important: Violence can take many forms including smell. Case Closed for good.
  23. I can log in to a GvG session and let you know if you'd like.
  24. Dude whatever about the hippies. You were the one that said they got abusive in England, not me. Anyway, what is more important to you, fixing the monetary system or having a nice guy in the White House? If McCain Fine Gold was fully enacted we would have money backed by real assets and none of this would be happening. Instead you seem to be worried about rhetoric. Try depositing some rhetoric the next time you're at the bank and see what they say. Because McCain Fine Gold is not in place, we had Barney Frank taking his eye off the balls as hard as that is to believe, and now we're in this mess.
