Pot head nailed in Cat Killing case
ieatcrayonz replied to ieatcrayonz's topic in Off the Wall Archives
It means hippy. -
Article I couldn't find the old thread about the cat killings in Florida. They arrested an 18 year old pot head and it looks like the case may be solved.

If you replace all the words that letter becomes the Magna Carta. See. I'm not sure what this proves but clearly the guy was a little bit too anglo.

Los Gatos foreign policy update: NKorea says it will 'weaponize' its plutonium... China Warns Against Use of Force in Carrying Out Sanctions... NKOREA WARNS OF NUCLEAR WAR Los Gatos response: State Dept.: Stop 'provocative' actions... I'm sure that will help. Word like "Stop provocative actions" are friendly enough to make sure they know we mean them no harm. I'm pretty sure they will be nice now.

Letterman: What happened to him?
ieatcrayonz replied to Talonz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
There is a difference between an incorrect spelling and a typographical error. Let me explain: Present tense: I can spell the word history but sometimes I type too fast and it looks like histropy. Passed tense: One time I made a typographical error while writing the word history. I incorrectly typed out histropy even though I knew full well the proper spelling. -
Is it unsportsmanlike to change who you root for?

I agree with the people about being a casual fan/serious fan determining whether the guy should jump ship. What everyone is missing is that the guy was a BRAVES fan. By definition that is a casual fan. There seriously may not be even one Braves fan anywhere that is totally into the team. They are based in a transient city full of blowhards and aired on a network that never took anything seriously. There is not fan of the Braves, Hawks, Falcons or Threshers that is even close to the level of a Bills fan. Not one single person. We are all shocked that someone could jump ship on a team because we are Bills fans. To a Braves "fan" the act is more like getting a new toothbrush. Sure the old one was ok, but who really cares? -

Dude, that was a typo and I meant to say history. But as long as you asked I believe the word "histropy" refers to a dude that is totally disorganized whereas "hertropy" is about the clutter and disorganization some women suffer from. -
SF Police Department Is Stonewalling The FBI's

Maybe the Zodiac also killed Sean Taylor. I mean I know you had that one wrapped up in three minutes even though you got it completely out of phase with reality but that would be understandable if the zodiac documents were altered to protect Sean Taylor's real killer. They seem to have been altered around the time of Taylor's death. -

Dudes you are arguing about tenses and you are both spelling it wrong. The "past" refers to histopry. The tense is "passed" as in time that has already passed by. I didn't want to stop you because I have gotten a lot of laughs but the whole thing has worn off now. -

I've seen enough movies to know that when the Feds come in they start pushing the locals around and screwing up the investigation. SF has been working on this for a long time and they are close. Why have the Feds screw it up now? -
Ever come soooooo close to a car accident and miss?
ieatcrayonz replied to /dev/null's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Brilliant. Stand in the middle of the busy road taking pictures of an accident. Wow. I can practically hear the minister saying "He didn't die in vain; his pictures ensured the family got the car repaired at no cost to themselves." Anyway, I had a near miss with some idiot a while back. I had the Bently out squirrelling late one Saturday afternoon. We had maybe 45 more minutes of daylight so the sun was really low in the sky and very bright. I was heading east so the sun was at my back. It was even pretty bright in the rear view, but it made for good sqirrelling because I could see the road ahead very clearly. Anyway this squirrell darts out and then stops right on the yellow line. I could tell he was screwing with me because he just stopped right on it. He did not know who he was dealing with plus he had a disadvantage due to the bright sun. I turned quickly to the right to force his move. When he went to my left I was 100% ready. I turned sharply and nailed him. I got him a little too good actually as he flipped in the air but not high enough to go in the sunroof. I was a little pissed that I hadn't flipped him up as much as I'd have liked but then I got scared when I looked back up at the road. This dumb old man had not seen me cross over to get the squirrel and was coming right at me. He didn't see me until the last second because of the sun. It was so close that I could see the look on his face just before his slow reaction time kicked in and he swerved off the road and down a small embankment. I have as much or more respect for old people but do they really need to drive westbound at sunset just to make it to the early bird special? That is dangerous. Anyway I saw him limp out of his car and onto the shoulder in my mirror. At least he was smart enough not to wander into the road and start taking pictures. When I circled back to pick up the squirrell he was yelling at me a little so he wasn't all there but still smart enough to not take pictures. He had a cell phone and said he was calling 911 so I started to leave because I was sure they'd give him a ride home. He kept saying over and over that he was calling 911 as if to make a point. It is sad that someone that old probably doesn't have friends anymore because he is a codger and everyone has abandoned him. The only people that would pick him up would be the 911 dudes I guess. I think he was reaching out to me for friendship but I had to get that squirrell back and I need dangerous friends like that like I need a hole in the head. -

I thought a JuJu was a candy. Are you saying they're twins? -
The first line of the article: I don't know whether the sky is falling but journalistic standards sure are. Since when did the "word" bejeezus replace the proper English word crap?

Gasol got a technical after the play but a foul was not called on him. Yes it was bush league to dunk the ball up 5 with 3.4 seconds remaining but it is not a foul by the letter of the law. I doubt Gasol is fined.

Philly has a pretty new stadium so I doubt they have wooden seating any more, even in the cheap section. Plus his brother Kevin can probably at least afford to get him a decent ticket season package.

Why are you classifying a whole group of people as hypocrites? If you had an unfortunate incident, you had an unfortunate incident. Big deal. Get over it. Yes, someone fooled you, but that does not make a whole group of people into hypocrites. -
As of now the TBDers think Peace in the Middle East will occur before Brett Favre will go an offseason without drama. PPPers are split 50/50. My interpretation is that clearly TBDers know more about the Middle East than PPPers know about Brett Favre.

What makes you think I was talking about you? I said: I have no idea where you grew up so how would I know if you had to "go off to Ithaca"? If you always lived there I would say: See the difference in specificity? I was assuming the kids from Ithaca would know their way around town enough to avoid the 4+ years of futility so I made the description about an out of towner. I have no idea which category you're in. I grant you that the part where I said might sound familiar; but that is pure coincidence.

He doesn't live in a Gulag, he lives in the United States. And by the way what college still has classes going on when June 11th rolls around? High school yes, but not college. Has anyone from the Bills even checked his story to see if school is still in session or are they just taking his word for it?

At least his laziness has generated a good potential nickname: Jairus Byrd The AI of football.

I wanted to keep it realistic.

I didn't start the thread. I'm just saying that if the guy gave a crap about his profession he would not be diddling around at school. Who knows? Maybe he is such a superstar that he doesn't need practice. The Allen Iverson of football?
