Pot: Not just for losers any more
ieatcrayonz replied to ieatcrayonz's topic in Off the Wall Archives
How about we stop worrying about legal/illegal and used some good old fashioned shame to call a loser a loser when we see one smoking pot and hold ourselves to higher standards. Pot is a gaetway drug. No, it's not. Yes it is. No it's not. Who friggin cares. It is for losers and it creates more losers. Maybe laws don't matter as much as having all of us letting these losers know they are losers instead of allowing them to misguidedly think they are enlightened or cool. Maybe then there won't be any cool pictures of babies smoking pot. -
Pot: Not just for losers any more

Thank goodness there are so many brilliant people in this thread that it turned from a picture of a BABY SMOKING POT into a series of weak diatribes by a bunch of people that are probably STONED RIGHT NOW to LEGALIZE THE SUBSTANCE THE BABY IS SMOKING. Yes, Chef Jim has been "smashed". -

Kidnapping, racketeering and that other stuff sucks, but if we have to endure it so our babies are free to smoke pot, there are many many LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOsers who are more than willing. -
Pot: Not just for losers any more
ieatcrayonz replied to ieatcrayonz's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Holy crap. Just Holy friggin crap. A few hours ago I started this thread which linked to a picture of a BABY smoking pot. Yes, a BABY smoking pot. And why was this baby smoking pot? Because the baby's mom is a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOser. And why is the baby's mom a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOser? Because the baby's mom smokes pot. I run a few errands and deal with a few clients and three pages later the thread has turned into two things: 1. A link to babies drinking as if two wrongs makes a right and 2. Arguments to LEGALIZE pot. I suppose this is so even more babies can smoke it and we can be even bigger losers as a society and be so softened up that our collective heads are soon rolling down collective flights of stairs? -
Unexpected source sheds light on Bills

You twist what I say by implying I said Karl Malone is a hero; You get information from Wikipedia which can be altered by anyone at any time; You automatically take the Bills player side no matter how much evidence points the other way; I rely on the Hall of Fame, an organization known as the ultimate pinnacle in its sport. And I'm the delusional one? Mmmmmmmmmmmmkay. -
Beerball hasn't been on the board today

That sounds fishy because I haven't seen him either, but is probably just a flare up of his spiral vaginitis. -
Now it is for losers' babies too Still think pot is no big deal?

I'm sure there will be some boring weeks during the 2010 season. Plus, as always, there is a bye week. Maybe you can dedicate one of your web shows this year to an in depth analysis of the top QBs like Locker, Mallet and Luck. Maybe you can even go into sleepers like this Jay Clocker guy I keep hearing about. It sounds like a lot of work so no pressure but it would be cool if you did it.

I think it is a good try but the Bills are a lot more like the Pirates than the Indians. Welcome to the board.

Wikipedia lolololol. The Hall of Fame has standards. Wikipedia lets anyone write anything they want. Hmmmmm; who should I believe? Anyway, I never said he was a hero. Someone whose speech showed us something to which we should aspire? Yes. Role model? Maybe. Hero status is much harder to attain. -
let's do something constructive.

Looky here. Through this whole thread people just told me I had everything screwed up. One guy does research and he finds out what I've been saying has been true all along. -
Agreed. To put it in Bills terms: You can remove the boy from Los Gatos, but you can't remove the Los Gatos from the boy.

Halls of Fame are basically the highest standard in sports. Now we're supposed to believe that they don't give a crap about what people say in speeches? I'm sure they also checked their facts about the people Jordan ripped into. This is actually a good point. Did you hear even one of those people argue about Jordan's facts? They might not have liked the speech but they knew it was true. The FACT that nobody argued based on facts pretty much proves the Hall of Fame checks out all of these speeches. -

Granted most Canadians do not care about their teeth. That is clear from looking at them. There are however exceptions to every rule and the exceptions to this rule try to get to the US for help. It is not the only reason we have immigration problems but it is one. I was just using it as an example. -

Newsflash dude: It is the basketball Hall of Fame; not the NBA Hall of Fame. Big difference when it comes to honesty. If there were an NBA Hall of Fame they would let Malone claim he and Stockton had special psychic powers. Stern has no remorse about anything when it comes to promotion. That is the main reason the NBA has not been allowed to open a Hall of Fame. The NATIONAL basketball Hall of Fame has higher standards. -

Dude, Perhaps you didn't see it despite me posting it over and over but you are right that we cannot single out Bell. Wood, Poz, Wang and the others should also follow Malone's example. Bell was first on the list because Malone's speech was so illuminating and he is related to Malone. Basically, all the Bills should be more like Malone and put family and team first. -
Thank you Mr. Limbaw.

I think you're just biding your time to go after JP in the 21st round. I was wondering how you got to the fourth round without having at least two solid DBs on your roster. I shouldn't criticize your team though. I have been unable to make any moves because I'm wondering who I should take in round 3.5.

Let me spell this out for you: Yes I know Bell is Malone's kid. Their relationship is strained even if there is a relationship. I think we all agree on these points. Bell says Malone never gave him the time of day. Bills fans are fans so they tend to believe this without looking into it. Malone say IN A SPEECH that he is all about family. This speech has been cleared by the basketball Hall of Fame, an organization which prides itself on its reputation. I think these points are also beyond doubt. So now the question becomes whether to believe a kid who is at an age where he can obviously still be emotional and who sat out on his team the other night, or an organization which has a reputation steeped in tradition. The choice is clear. Don't get me wrong, I don't know all the details. Maybe Malone reached out to Bell and Bell reacted emotionally while rejecting him. That is something a young kid could do. Who knows the whole story? We can't be too hard on Bell either. Maybe he will come around. What I'm saying is that eventually he should follow Malone's vetted and documented example. -

Don't yell at me. Yell at the Hall of Fame if you think they didn't do their homework. My guess is that it will be you with egg on your face. The Hall has a large staff and I'm sure they check this stuff out. -
Dude whatever. I already said IN WRITING that you can have the article and I WILL NOT sue you for polygamy. Geez. Just publish it or not. Stop with the drama queen act already.

ieatcrayonz replied to ieatcrayonz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm sure the Hall of Fame did their homework before allowing the speech. Malone talked all about family and was choked up showing how much it all means to him. Team, family, and the sport. More people, including many of the Bills should follow that example. -

Maybe our debt wouldn't be so high if Canadians and Mexicans weren't illegally entering our country by the millions so they can get jobs, medical care, education and in the case of the Canadians, dental work.
