Only delusional Bills fans think we have any real talent on this team. The entire thing from top to bottom minus a handful of players should be cut. We have a 91 year old owner that puts any GM/ HC's future in question if he were to take over. This GM would need to clean complete house. I mean every scout we have because its obvious our guys can't tell what real talent is. We need a much better training staff and Strength and conditioning staff. This whole team is weak mentally and physically and have no guts what so ever. Toughness? That is just a word to them. Ralph has decided too late imho to try and actually pay a front office / HC. The best we can do are more 'up and comers' that want a crack at a front office position or Coach. We have to pray we find diamonds in the rough.

I know this, the weak assed camps and this horrible training staff including our so called 'Strength and Conditioning Coach' all need to be shown the door....along with all the front office and every scout we have, but I digress.

I am just saying, Ralph Wilson has made it known he is going to pay more than any other franchise in League history for a HC or GM or whatever and it seems no one wants to touch it.

Apparently not to Shanahan. I just read this link that said Shanahan told the Bills he and Allen were a package deal? Uh ok so why didn't we hire Allen? That hints to me the Bills (aka RALPH) is full of **** in regards to cleaning house and handing the thing over to a 'football guy'. I said it before and will say it again, Ralph and this org is NOT well thought of in League Circles regardless of what some fans think? Need a link for that? When we are offering 10 frigging million per year and no one is biting...I don't' need a link.

This team needs to lose out. The new administration needs the higher picks and it keeps the pressure on Ralph to make the changes.

Maybin is another bust of a pick made by this inbred front office. He will not amount to much at all in this league. The only chance he has is to go to a 3-4 and try to play OLB.

Well that sucks. Too bad most fans are too homeristic or near sighted to see what is best for the team. Winning? Why? Most of this team wont' be here in the next 2 years when a REAL staff gets in here and replaces them with good players. Coaching? You can kick just about all of them out the door as well. Bottom line, losing from here on out for a higher ranking in the draft standings is whats best for the team
