    Joe, As for as an Offensive mind, what about Weis if he calls his own plays and brings in a damn good DC and assistants (esp OL and DL coaches) And if not him, I am really leaning toward Leslie Frazier from the Vikes. I know he is a Defense guy, but he knows what a good team looks like and has seen first hand how a team turns around with a good QB at the helm.

    Actually I hate NASCAR. I do however follow the Panthers as well and have watched every game they have played so I feel I can make an informed decision. Fox hasn't had two winning years in a row. Win, lose, win, lose etc. I can tell you now the fanbase wants his ass gone NOW along with Delhomme and for good reason. No way in hell do I want that clown here.

    Tell me when fox has had 2 winning seasons in a row? None would be the answer. He sucks as a HC. You guys hated jauron? Fox's favorite saying is 'It is what it is' and just leaves it at that. Fox is the guy forcing Delhomme on the fanbase which caused them to have a losing season this year. No way in hell I want Fox here

    The Problem is Fox. If he returns he will start Jake again this year. They have no first round pick to find a QB or upgrade the DT position that is in DIRE need of fixing. Read the link on the Tampa thing. They are going to make the hard press for him. Cowher isn't coming to Buffalo

    Nope, This just confirms two things. One The Panthers are flat out idiots that are going to not fill the seats next year. Their fanbase is very white collar and will not pay to see him come back. They sure as hell won't waste money watching Delhomme again. Second, this ensures Cowher takes the Tampa job. Cowher is NOT coming to Buffalo, time to quit dreaming.

    Ralph needs to stfu and just write the checks the GM asks him for. then show up on sundays, sit in his luxury box and enjoy the game like everyone else. The Sooner Ralph hires a damn good GM, hands him the reigns and gets the !@#$ out of the way, the sooner we turn this around

    I have no issue with Weis, he could run the offense as well like Sean Payton does in NO. The things I would like to see in addition are, a GM, New Scouts, New head of player personel and a new DC hopefully with a 3-4 scheme.

    Bills fans can't understand when someone can objectively look at this team and see what a mess it is. This team sucks from top to bottom so no I don't blame shanahan for not taking the gig. Problem is, who will that will actually be successful?

    He should throw it under the bus, it sucks. It isnt anything like he was told it was going to be when he got here. No huddle gone, Edwards sucked, OL sucked, the OC got fired right before the season started, the HC is gone.... This is a !@#$ing joke of an org and maybe if he rips it to shreds after he leaves then that will further put pressure on Wilson to make changes.
