Well with this latest breaking development, Cleveland and I have to believe Carolina are off the table. Now here is what I THINK will happen. Cowher will go back to CBS and allow John Fox's Contract to expire at the end of 2010 and take over the Panters. Again just my opinion but that is how I see it going.

Harbaugh is NOT one of the best guys out there. He is an average College coach. Frazier on the other hand has been a hot commodity for a while now. I would be happy with the pick.

Vs.a Merc in it just for money? Uh yeah. See guys like that IMHO aren't motivated to actually win. They suck for 2-3 years, make a ton of jack, get fired and still get paid tons. Then in the media it is written off as its the Bills or the Cities / fans fault as X coach had success elsewhere.

I am willing to shoot him a 5 year 40 mill offer which makes him the highest paid HC in history. If he doesn't take it in 7 days I pull the offer and move on.
