What exactly does Negan know? Things haven't exactly gone too well for him so far. The body count is probably close to 100:1 in favor of Rick/Maggie/Ezekiel right now. Does his entire knowledge of their plan come down to them moving that huge gun and ambushing the Kingdom troops? Oh, and it's a shame that we are going to be losing Morgan this season. I can't see any possible way that we walks away now that he's losing his mind again.

I didnt notice it until rewatching the highlight today. What Eichel did on that 2-on-0 shorty goal was filthy.

Costco's stuff was all available online and the sales prices were on for a couple weeks. There was zero insanity endured.

And if you can wait a couple weeks, they're going to have bigger deals around black friday time. That's when I got my tv last year.

I bought an LG right around Thanksgiving last year. It was fine most of the time, but then I watched a hockey game. I pretty quickly noticed that the left half of the screen was slightly darker than the right. It was only noticeable with a very light colored background (the white ice in hockey). LG wound up sending someone to fix it, but ultimately, I didn't want to have a tv that someone had worked on within a month of buying it. I wound up returning it (Costco) and lucked my way into a really nice sale on a Samsung. The same amount of money got me a tv and a wireless soundbar. The LG left me a little skeptical about their tvs. I have a wall mounted tv with a single hdmi line running through the wall to where I store my media (directv box and PS4). I really didn't want to go to the effort of running any extra cables through that wall, so I bought a splitter with 4 hdmi inputs. I bet it's the same one you have. It seems to recognize the device like you said, but I tend to have both on at the same time, so I'm using that remote a lot. My only concern is that the remote is so damn small that it's bound to disappear at some point, especially with how recklessly my wife will toss it just about anywhere in the room. Still, it was well worth the cost so that I could avoid fishing that extra line through the wall and avoiding what probably would have been some visible wires behind the wall mount.

It's fitting that the movies being mentioned here outside of the Pirates ones were from the 90s. There will be a movie that sneaks in here and there, but I feel like Depp has become a caricature over the last 15 or so years.

They do a great job of trying to draw those assumptions out of people. I feel like they could edit together a trailer that leads you to thinking Chewie is Rey's father if they really wanted to.

It does look like a good cast, but at this point, the second I see Johnny Depp listed in a cast, I immediately pass on seeing the movie.

I like how they knew that the vast majority of the audience was going to have no clue who Morales was. Rick's line may as well have been "hey, weren't you that guy from season 1?"

Didnt rick at some point say hes been thinking about the future? The old man stuff and the red-eye could be the good and bad futures he pictures. Hes alive in both versions because he knows hell win. Its just a matter of how much he will lose in the process.

I'd guess present day since the original visit there with Rick was a day or so earlier.

The red-eye and the old man Rick stuff were the only time jumping. Other than that, they had their attack on the Sanctuary and then immediately attacked that other outpost after leaving. The next episode looks to pick up right there, that or the Sanctuary cleaning up their immediate mess. Either way, the next episode should be an immediate result of what aired last night. I'll be curious to see if they stick to that approach over the course of the season, with a direct sequence instead of jumping around left and right like they have in the past. Trim out the dreams/hallucinations and I could be down for that.

Any idea how long it'll take for these episodes to be available to us non-HBOers?

This is looking like a season that will be meant for a binge watch. I had heard something about how the whole season will only cover a couple days. So far it looks like they're going to let the episodes flow continuously into the next.

I had a hockey teammate 5 or so years ago who broke his arm during a game. He essentially had a second elbow in his forearm, at a blatantly obvious right angle. One of the guys on the other team skated up to me and asked "do you think he broke it?". I just about died of laughter because the guy was 100% serious with the question.

Some secondary scoring will go a long way. Hopefully we finally saw the start of that in Vegas. I know it's early, but I imagine that no one would have guessed the horrible record if they were told there are 3 players averaging over a point a game. Maybe if they can get those other guys going, it's going to take some pressure off of the crappy team defense. And speaking of those cheapies for friday, I'm just glad to see them back out east. I never have enough gas in the tank to watch much of those west coast road trip games.

I hate these things. The + operator is probably the most basic thing in all math. If you're making this so called puzzle that redefines it, just use a different symbol instead.

It's more funny than frustrating, but my iphone always capitalizes the "w" in windows. I wouldn't expect them to constantly be pushing a competitor like that. One that is kind of frustrating is that mine will always capitalize "us" and turn it into "US".
