At least you can see outside. I'm stuck in the middle of the building under an AC vent that I would swear is putting out 50 degree air. So I freeze all day while sitting under artificial light. When I get home and hear about how hot the day was, I'm caught completely off guard because I only got outside for about 5 minutes of that weather.

It's really no different. The coach wants more than the team is willing to pay him, so they part ways. We will never stop seeing this happen. It won't always be a coach who just won some hardware, but we'll see many more forms of this over time.

I was really hoping that this thread was a memory implanted in my head. Sadly, that idea has been shot down.

We have a stadium in town where they have a summer league team for college kids. It's maybe 2 miles from my house. It runs for about 2.5 months during the summer. We went to a game this past weekend. The players are very into the games, which is nice to see. We sat directly behind the visiting team's dugout and could hear pretty much all of their chatter. They were down 1 in the top of the 9th and every single player was up on the top step chirping constantly. I can't remember the last time I saw that. It's a fun time. The game is obviously a lower quality, but the energy level and the rock bottom prices make up for that. We'll try to go a couple more times this summer.

A professional sports championship that was won in Las Vegas. I wonder how many players still haven't seen the light of day since they won.

I have an ACE and a Home Depot very close to my house. The ACE is a bit on the small side though. That limited shelf space really hurts them in terms of what they can carry. If not for that, I'd probably go there more often.
