The first one that comes to mind is the episode where Timmy and Jimmy joined the crips. The big 4 only showed up a couple times to say that they weren't touching this one with a 40 ft pole.

Replace the word "rookie" with "young" and my point still stands. As for your Favre comparison, did he miss a lot of reps due to a broken leg? Just because one player who became a star after sitting out his first season and then put up decent numbers in his second season doesn't mean that the same applies to every single QB out there. There are different factors in play from team to team, player to player.

I'd like to see a good old fashioned ass kicking at some point so he could at least get some mop up duty. Yeah, I know we're not likely to be on the good side of that kind of result with our offense, but it's still possible.
