  1. I'm surprised at the complaints about the parallelogram. That was the easiest one for me. I was under 2 each time.
  2. 7.95 I wish I had read the instructions for the triangle one. After my third try I finally noticed that it was asking for the point equadistant to the edges. I kept getting huge scores because I was going with the point equadistant to the corners. edit: And now 3.08 after fixing that problem
  3. I saw this poll a few days ago and it wasn't blurred out yet. I'm sure the league saw it and wasn't very happy about it.
  4. I found out just the other day that I sent a bunch of texts to meet up somewhere with this one girl after I watched the Oakland game (damn victory shots). Luckily I must have passed out before I told her where to go. Putting these things on email is great and all, but I'll wait until they figure out something for phones.
  5. I wonder why #5 was deleted. Anyone remember what that one looked like? I may have to vote for that one just for the hell of it.
  6. They need some sort of rule where the mother should actually care about the game. She should at least know how to hold a hockey stick.
  7. What the hell was #25 thinking? edit: And I love how they had to edit out the West Seneca logos for #17.
  8. I like the guy that said "can we pour on points like other teams have?". 63 points over 4 games is pouring on the points now?
  9. I can't even count how many times I've seen him in tv and movies over the years. How did he finally get a lead role in something?
  10. So wait, does this mean that JP has been replaced by his evil twin or does that only work for goaties?
  11. Can I type a short paragraph insulting a bills draft pick? It can be anyone really, that's not the important part. I just want to get people riled up. It's always best to pick one random player who isn't actually playing right now. Then I'll follow it up by hitting the enter key six times. Then I'll hit the enter key 4 more times. Then I'll talk about how I was right all along. I would hit the enter key a few more times here, but this block in my post isn't long enough. I guess I'll comment about how I was right about every player I talked about in the draft. Enter key three more times. See, it's all about spacing my post out in the strangest way possible. If the ideas themselves weren't almost unreadable, the spacing is my next method of attack.
  12. His Gallo joke might have actually been funny if he said the Goo Goo Dolls instead.
  13. If I lived there I'd be all over that team too. It's not quite Crosby-Malkin, but Kane-Toews is one of the best young combos you'll find. Then there's the rest of their youth. Now if only they weren't stuck with that Khabibulin contract.
  14. Hey, a certain unnamed d-lineman with a history only gets fined for taking shots at QB's knees. If that kind of thing doesn't get a suspension, Whitner's tackle shouldn't even result in a fine.
  15. I loved it on Saturday when Sergio hit that long birdie putt and went off on that ridiculous over the top scream and yell. Stricker responded by sinking his putt and then did one of the most awkward looking fist pumps of all time.
  16. Have they said anything about not letting those people back in? I'm sure they're doing that too. Ban them and the people that gave them the tickets. Recognizing these people by face when they enter can't be the easiest process. At least by taking the actual source of tickets away, it's a step in the right direction.
  17. For every one person like you who is basically innocent on the whole thing, there are probably 10 people selling them to the same scumbags each game. If they really want to clean things up, they're going to have to sacrifice that one person to get rid of the other 10.
  18. Lurker, but he wanted to stay so much that he cried.
  19. And at this point, they have signed Hecht, Pominville, and Miller well before waiting until the last minute. I'd like to add Roy to that list too, but his contract had expired before they worked out the new one. Regardless, they got him at a very good rate. There is obviously a new line of thinking in this organization, an obvious step in the right direction. The one recent thing that I can see people bringing up to counter this is the whole Brian Campbell deal. In the past year, they've worked out enough deal ahead of time where I'd say it paints a different picture on that situation other than the "they're a bunch of idiots" idea that is so popular. Two things come to mind. Either they didn't view him as a high priority or Campbell wanted way too much.
  20. I'm not a pug fan either, but it's not a cat, so good for you. Inkman's dog defintely wins this not very competitive cutest puppy contest though.
  21. For once? How many players are they really overpaying for. Take a look at numbers around the league before you mention certain players.
  22. So wait, are you saying that it takes more than 2 games to rebuild a 1 win team? That's crazy talk.
  23. I hate how it always has to be the next Brady/Manning. Those guys are the elite superstars. They don't come around all that often. I'd gladly take a QB like the ones you mentioned. They're not the elite, but the're both top 10 guys in this league.
  24. I'm playing the PS3 version. I set myself up as a grinder for the Portland Pirates. Its fun going out there and hitting anything that moves. I really have no clue how to score in this game yet, but somehow I actually have decent numbers. When I first bought the game, I didn't think I would bother with Be A Pro, but I'm finding it strangely addictive.
  25. The clock would be started the second the ball is placed, right? With 3 seconds, it has to be pretty tough to get the right number of people on the field all lined up properly even to spike the ball. How likely would it be for there to be even one second remaining when they spike it?
