I don't think they're worried about the water. I bet the sickness winds up being something else. The way walkers wonder around and get trapped everywhere, that river has to already be full of them. Ahhh, it was that guy? That makes sense. That's one problem with the whisperers, other than 3 characters, they're a giant see of faceless/nameless red shirts.

I could watch an entire series made out of Negan/Beta interactions. That can be their sitcom spinoff from the series. It's pure gold. The one thing I don't get about Beta is that at one point he seems to be so concerned about "their people" but then in the next he's slitting the throat of a random red shirt in hopes of killing Negan too. You get the outcome you're hoping for, don't lose a single member of the pack, and Alpha's none the wiser. Your TV show is over though, so obviously they can't do that. I just wish they wrote up a better plan there.

Did anyone know Tig was a Bills fan?
shrader replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall Archives
He's a good friend of Bill Fichtner. I'd have to imagine that influenced him a bit. -
I just don't think that either Pilut or Borgen are ready yet. And I don't want to count on Bogosian for anything and don't believe that we can. Any move probably would be made with the future in mind, it pretty much has to be at this point, but I'm so sick of being stuck in that step. I know it's hard to believe after watching that video, but MacLean is only 59. Working with Cherry for so long has apparently aged him quite a bit.

I'd be somewhat reluctant about your second deal because of the net loss of 2 bodies on the blue line. I'm not sure they're ready to absorb that kind of loss this year. That type of move signifies a move for the future, but I'd much rather have any Risto trade being for today. Sure, you get Ehlers today, but I don't think this season can absorb that subtraction on the blue line.

Tyler Dragon? I bet that's his real name.

There are so many disturbing comments I can make right now, but I won't do it.

He lives in one town and broadcasts out of the other. I'm not so sure that mentioning them means that he's specifically targeting the populations of those two cities. What's going on there is what he sees regularly in his daily life. I'm only going off of what you quoted since I really have no interest in diving too deeply into this one. I really don't care too much about what is said on a program that I don't even have access to. So yeah, I trust you when you say he mentioned other areas, but I've only seen what you quoted above. Mentioning those two towns seems pretty logical to me.

Yeah, I figured he would be mentioned. But you're right, those initial fights are just him and Vader standing still. That's not going to mesh with the style they've been going with for a while now. Anything they would have done with Carrie probably would have been completely stunt double/CGI and I can't picture it looking any good.

And then of course there's the people that Maggie is off with. You don't bring in a fairly recognizable actress for the role of their leader only to use her in one single episode.

I'm not sure what they gain from moving Skinner to that line. I supposed the could score a bit more, but Eichel's line is already scoring every single goal for this team. What they need, and sadly it's probably a long-term need, is that piece that's going to unlock the offense from the Skinner/Johansson combo. It's not going to come from any section of this current roster. As for the Rochester guys, I'd say it's pretty clear that the hope for future scoring is Thompson. At this point though, I think it's probably best for him to stick there the entire year and grow from leading that team. No one else is helping now, at least not filling any role that is currently missing from this team. Which guys are injured down there right now?
-
I have a hard time believing that one. I can't picture them trying to draw a fight scene from 63 year old Carrie Fisher. Yeah, I know, CGI, but still, it was never going to work.

Is there any status update on Sobotka? I don't want to wish an injury on anyone, but this would be a good opportunity to move on from a guy who has no future here. If anything, he'd slot in nicely with Girgensons/Larsson (too lazy to look up LW vs. RW)... but then you're still left with a different albatross in the Okposo contract. They need some skill out there with Skinner/Johansson if they're ever going to get any secondary scoring. Over the last 8 games you have a grand total of 2 goals from forwards not named Eichel/Reinhart/Olofsson, and one of those was some guy named Skinner. You don't have to look far to see that this is the same exact team as last year. We probably have to wait for the long list of expiring contracts after this season, but they can't continue to ignore this complete absence of forward depth any longer. Maybe they were hoping for something from Mittelstadt at this point, but instead you now have to worry that they broke him in the process. They badly need to get that kid jump started. If they're going to leave him on the wing for a while, I'd consider pairing him with Eichel to get some confidence back.

If any neighborhood tries to limit the time where you can snow blow, they're losing that fight. That 6am snow blow (or probably even earlier) was a right of passage in my house growing up. People have these things called jobs. Kids have to get to school. If anyone's trying to restrict that, are they also complaining about the sound that the plows make when they clear out the streets at just about any hour during the middle of the night? The only norm in my neighborhood is to put your dog outside at 6am and then ignore him as he barks his head off for hours. I was so looking forward to fall hitting here so that I could open my windows and turn off the AC. Oops, forgot about the new dog two houses down.

I can't wait to see the reaction from the first kid who wakes up with the death star hovering over his/her bed.

Fortunately there's a very easy test for the elasticity of skin. Go eat 100 twinkies a day for two months and get back to me.

What if she's wearing an Eric mask?
-
But what if the mask came from a man?
-
Ahh, so you think she could be poisoning their own water supply? I hadn't thought of that. She'd be hurting her own supply as well though. I'd say those scenes played out as if Alpha was sending her to do it.
