I've got a bad news spoiler alert for you. It turns out that Canadians are actually immune and have setup a new capital in the Yukon. At the pace their going right now, it looks like Rick and co. will get there by season 9.

I'm sure Morgan is still whacked out of his mind. His spiral of insanity has just taken him to a point where he thinks he's of right mind and thinks that he is suddenly the moral authority.

Ahhh, two movies I'm not the least bit interested in. That explains why I missed it completely. And actually, now that I think of it, I don't think I've paid attention to movie ratings since before I was 18. I couldn't tell you the rating of anything I've watched lately. The trailers typically give me a very good idea of what content I can expect and I haven't been caught off guard yet.

Are there any others? I haven't really noticed anything yet.

The funny thing is that it's not a plot tease whatsoever. Each year with these trailers, they only show things from the very first episode. So we're getting a good taste of that one, but we still have no idea where the season as a whole will go. They've become really good at doing this.

I have no idea what Jared's role in the whole thing is. I just get a kick out of how newspapers always seem to run with the idiotic quotes that have absolutely nothing to do with anything.

She has no idea how to give her shows any direction. With both shows, she constant adds new elements into the mix without really having an overall focus. With Weeds it was the constant change of setting. With Orange, it's the need to give every single character a backstory, no matter how minor they are. Actually, the more I think about it, I think her biggest fault is that she doesn't seem to be able to create a character that is the least bit interesting. When I look at the characters in Orange, I can't really think of a single one right now who makes me want to know more about them.

The thing that will always sell me on Gretzky is that if you take away every single goal he ever scored (you know, more goals than anyone else scored), he'd still have a 76 point lead on the all time scoring list.

I know they like to brush over it since it wasn't one calendar year, but Tiger winning 4 consecutively back in 2000-2001 absolutely counts in my book. That was one of the most dominant stretches in all of sports history.

Also in tennis, you are far more in control of your fate. It is only you against that person on the other side of the net. All you have to do is beat that one person. With golf, you can be having the round of your life, but has very little impact, if any at all, on some guy 5 holes ahead of you.

I actually had to correct the agent I dealt with when I signed up. He told me that with the ticket you get every single NFL game. I quickly butted in and said "except one". He had no idea and I'm sure that most don't either.

So wait, these women claim that they took random pills from him? I always assumed they were saying he slipped stuff into their drinks. Not that it makes anything right, but if these women knowingly took random pills he handed to them, how stupid can they be?

Which is why that ship has sailed. There is no point to write about it anymore so it is now on to new topics for the writers.

Just because they didn't like the tank* doesn't mean that they won't love the opportunity to cover the player that Eichel hopefully becomes. The ship has sailed on "complaining" about the tank, so it's time to move on. *Not that they really were anti-tank. Remember that Bucky said a few years ago that they needed to do exactly that instead of one of those last second pushes at 8th place. There's no personal belief in any of this stuff, they simply write what is going to get the most attention. And what else were they going to write about this past season, puff pieces about Phil Varone?

It sounds like it comes down to having an exclusive deal with one but not the others.

I say go for it. Eventually when the team returns to sucking, she will return to not caring about the team one bit.

I don't like looking at these things this way. I'd much rather look at a 3-4 pick bubble around those slots since it is such a crap shoot. So just out of curiosity, I'll pull the 22nd pick in each of those seasons: 14: Kasperi Kapanen 13: Emile Poirier 12: Olli Maatta 11: Tyler Biggs 10: Jarred Tinordi 09: Jordan Schroeder 08: Jordan Eberle 07: Max Pacioretty 06: Claude Giroux So obviously the more recent ones are way too young, but that list of pick #22 sure does present a completely different look. I'm actually surprised how good it is. I wasn't expecting to see that as I started typing this.

I just called hoping to get free center ice out of it. The problem with being brand new is that I'm already getting a ton of stuff for free so I really don't know what to push for. Unfortunately center ice doesn't seem to be an option right now. The supervisor couldn't find any information on it in there system today (or at least that's what he said).
