  1. Yet, it's more than fair to say he's better than you insinuate.
  2. Didn't Romo make that observation ( have a spy) in the 4th QTR as well?
  3. Jackson's best bet would be as a WR as a few scouts have reportedly said. I have watched him the past two years living just outside Louisville and he is a great athlete but a poor passer and too frequently a turnover machine.. Did you catch his bowl game? He stunk. This a fools gold at best. "Avoid".... Edit: After referring to Jackson's posted 40 time of 4.78, WR may not be an option after Al despite what some experts have said.
  4. Yes, he did play badly, yet there is some truth to the rest. Clay is simply too mistake or drop prone. Happens repetitively. Thompson is mediocre at best. Can make some plays but has displayed alligator arms and has also dropped too many. Dead on with that Taylor just isn't good enough.
  5. I thought the Bills signed Streater to a futures contract a couple days ago?
  6. Seems logical...
  7. Yes, speed is needed but Thompson is mediocre talent at best. What we let walk last year was far superior. After Benjamin is wide open to whom ever can prove they belong....
  8. Here"s their wrap up: "We instilled the process, we followed the process and we will stay with the process." (Meaning- we gutted the WR core, had no viable backup to McCoy, took a successful power blocking scheme and neutered it by going to a zone scheme, and blew a great opportunity to get a real QB in last year's draft.) It should be noted that they also dumped our entire secondary, but that was the one thing that turned out really well....
  9. Let's see.. He began the year speaking about $$ and the time for NFL players to make more $$ after seeing some new NBA contracts. Then he goes to the Rams and early on complained about lack of targets. Now he is all nicey nice.... He'll be chasing the $$ but his lack of production may well cost him.
  10. 59 for 962 and 56 for 781 (approx).. Goodwin seemed to have a pretty darned good year and Woods was very good for the Rams posse of WR's... Sure could have used some of that production and Goodwin's speed (17.2 per catch)...... Alas, we let them both walk...
  11. Not to mention the lack of effort by the WR.. attack the ball and the DB's ability to jump the route drops... Yet, the throw did seem to be telecasted.
  12. Well that seals the deal. Blasphamy...
  13. How is his track record? Did he light things up in Denver? Yes, his talent could have been better, but to continually try to drive a square peg into a round hole is utter stupidity. Understand your strengths, develope them, and then utilize them.
  14. Tyrod is an excellent athlete and has shown a lot of class over the years. I wish him well but Buffalo does need to move on from Tyrod now. Too many times he's had the opportunity for a late come from behind drive for the win and failed.
  15. Clearly he's a fan favorite. A guy who gives everything he has. Never a run stuffer, he was a good penetrating DT for many years. He deserved better. I do believe he has lost a step but still a quality player none the less. If he retires, I wish him and his family all the best. If he stays, it should be in a reduced role and reduced salary.
  16. Good luck going forward...
  17. Nate seems to have his mind made up where's going to throw it at the snap.W... In the NFL and decently disguised coverages, this is a horrible flaw.
  18. In a game that demands you must continually improve or get out of the way, it's hard to not want to look for a new QB. Taylor has his pluses, but his minuses too often outweigh them. Virtually no ability to orchestrate come from behind victories which speaks volumes. Holds to ball too long, waits for receivers to get wide open and hasn't learned how to throw a receiver open. He's a very likeable guy and one heck of an athlete, but a very middle of the road QB unfortunately.
  19. We had that DT. Unfortunately, he turned out to be an undisciplined immensely talented player who wore out his welcome with the new staff at OBD.
  20. Mirror the effect the ground has on a running back. The ground can't cause a fumble and it shouldn't cause an incompletion. Catch/control, two feet down..
  21. We need to win first so practice squad stars playing time is likely to be limited if they get any at all. Yet, I would love to see them both play...
  22. Jackson has similar traits as those of TT. except he doesn't protect the ball. Can be a turnover machine. I work and live in the Louisville area and I do not want the Bills to draft him. Great athlete but not a great QB.
  23. Both Tolbert and DiMarco are great mysteries... I can't comment on DiMarco's run blocking but other than that, I see no other reason that Tolbert and DiMarco should ever see the field again except maybe from the stands or their living room. Tolbert is totally useless and McBean screwed us.. Process my butt.
  24. It doesnt show 11th or 12th passing offenses. Those references were for overall all offenses including running. The best we have been is 28th ( clearly referenced) when only passing was considered. Suggest you read OP's post once again
  25. Yes and he also alligater armed a very catchable deep pass due to a safety coming at him over the top. Sorry.. but you have to make those plays. He is what he is.. a mediocre wr..
