  1. Accuracy is Jackson's achilles heal. Tape and the combine showed this is lacking with Jackson. Combine also showed less than desireable velocity on his throws. And sadly, the wonderlic score does matter. How much? I hope we find out by watching Jackson play for another team, just not for the Bills.
  2. At least they are similar in the caliber of player they are.... This simply begs to ask, "Why"?
  3. You are aware that Jerry Richardson played WR for the Colts back in the 60's?
  4. Wonderful. You'll take a much weaker arm and only a tick better completion percentage. In the two year of watching Jackson here in Louisville, I came away with him being a great athlete and an inaccurate passer with less zip on his throws that you would like. Did you hear of hin poor velocity at the combine? Allen may be another bust but Jackson doesn't look any better.
  5. ..... And what's wrong with AARP?
  6. I guess the Bills didn't need any of the players acquired to date? Why didn't McBean see the Bills were only a TE and WR away from greatness? Still time...still time
  7. It didn't work because he has hands of lead and far too often couldn't catch a cold so to speak. Watched a few Pitts games when he played and I believe he had 4 - 5 bad drops in one game alone. Great athlete otherwise but zero hands.
  8. I don't think the Bills will be the one to break ranks and sign him.
  9. Let's hope that his interests in football grow exponentially as a Bill.
  10. I don't take this as good news at all. The guy's knee is a disaster simply waiting to happen.. again.
  11. Exactly. It's been often reported that he hasn't been the same guy who broke into the league in a big way. Here's to hoping the contract doesn't hamstring the Bills going forward.
  12. If you're a Bills fan, this good news indeed.
  13. I'm not a fan of Star. From what I've read on him the past couple months, he"s not the same guy he was when he first came into the league. I SURE hope he's not getting some huge contract that will tie the Bills up for years.... With that said, it will be nice to see someone else take on the double teams other than Kyle....
  14. Just say no to Jackson. Watching him the past two years while exciting, it was often maddening as well. Accuracy issues and lack of zip on this throws at the combine should be telling to all.
  15. My fear is we have another Donohoe who thinks he's smarter than everyone else, only to find out he's not.....
  16. If Glenn is now healthy and consistently takes the field for the Bengals, then we didn't get enough in return. If he's not really healthy then....ok. This doesn't feel like a win for us to me though. just another Dareus like dump.
  17. While moving on from Tyrod is the right thing to do, EJ was a nightmare, as was Losman. Edwards was hugely disappointing and Fitz was maddenly inconsistent. Tyrod was the best of this group, showed great class, and professionalism. Still, I was one calling for his head last year and now simply wish him well going forward.
  18. His rather low completion percentage is speaking to you. Don't ignore it.
  19. To me, the price is simply way too high, not that moving up is a bad idea.
  20. Always liked Goodwin. Shame he was hurt so frequently when he was with the Bills.
  21. You were quite specific in your example. The message you sent, knowingly or unknowingly, was clear ("He could just be a republican and is now being attacked for it."). If it could have been any other political party, a simple, "someone may not like his political beliefs and is now being attacked for them" would have been the choice. Nice try though.
  22. Wow.. and Republicans NEVER launch unfounded attacks against Democrats or anyone who has different beliefs than they.. . Never let the facts sway a firmly held opinion though.
