The point here is clearly being missed. It forced Miami to burn their final time out. Thus allowing Allen to take an knee and run the clock down to 2 seconds before the kick. Fear of "13 secs" rearing it's ugly head may have been in play as well.
I really wanted MvKenzie to work out, he flashed some good things, but I have to agree. Rewatched the Bills-KC game and counted three drops in the 1st half alone. If you don't catch the ball, it matters not if you can get open Isiah....
With the rain, snow and wind, hard to fault Allen on that one (not to mention elbow and shoulder issues Allen has been playing with). Now McKenzie's issue (bad hands) is another subject... Here's to hoping Beasley and Brown add some positive spark to the offense.
We may well see very soon if Beasley has anything left in the tank. His brief stay with the Bucs didn't make this seem likely. Playing time is earned and apparently he didn't much of it there in his brief stay.
After watching the Bills home games the past few years, and the dismal, often brutal weather game after game, I gringe when we play at home. No dome in a city with this horrible weather is absurd. Blew it 50 years ago, and Buffalo is doing it again.
Schwartz truly emphasized getting to the QB. When was here, we had guys who could rush the QB. Alas, then came Ryan who dismantled the wide 9 for his crappy D.
