Cover 1 promoting an undersized 3T for draft
Spiderweb replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
May have something to do with Greg Tompsett having been and undersized tackle himself in his school days. One thing for sure, he loves the game and has been a Bills Fan thru thick and thin. -
I'm no fan of Mahommes but as a player, he has earned my respect. Played thru a very painful high ankle sprain and performed well.

Brett Favre suing Shannon Sharpe and Pat McAfee🤣

And who cares about Favre. A talented dirt bag. -
Who's our slot WR in 2023, Shakir or...?
Spiderweb replied to Nephilim17's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the time has come to depart ways with Dirty. IMHO he failed as a slot WR. He is miserable with contested throws. Shakir showed flashes of hands, routes, and surprisingly with YAC. We can hope he fits the bill. -
If Frazier returns, how much will your enthusism die?
Spiderweb replied to The Red King's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well, his defense failed us in the playoff against the Texans, Chiefs twice, and now the Bengals. Sound or not, there exists no imagination and strong lack of aggressiveness. He seems to stubbornly run the same defense play after play expecting a different result (insanity?). -
Mr Brittle? Sure, he can ride the IR in Buffalo just as well as anywhere else.

Should QB Compensation Be Carved Out of the Salary Cap?
Spiderweb replied to st pete gogolak's topic in The Stadium Wall
The reason for the cap, in part anyway, was to enhance competition. Big market teams not able to outbid small market teams for players. If anything, there could or should be a cap on how much anyone counts against the cap, but the NFLPA would never go for that. -
Titans are switching their field from grass to turf
Spiderweb replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall
My feelings exactly. The Bills were actually at a disadvantage in the snow vs. the Bengals. Home field advantage was turned into a disadvantage. I said at the beginning of the game to my company that the snow would hurt the Bills and it did. -
His penchent for babbling on during a play drives me nuts. Nance's job is the play by play. Get prepared and shut up are two things he needs to work on immediately

Final Pro Football Focus Oline Season Grades
Spiderweb replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
My feeling is the Bills made a one year play for Roger. He certainly looked like he has slipped from where he was a few years ago -
Agreed!

McD and Frazier run a different defense which is far more passive than any of us seem to care for these days. The comparison isn't quite apples to apples. We need Edmunds.

Old Buffalo Bills Message Board
Spiderweb replied to Floridagatorsbuffalobills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not a mention of the Buffalo Range or BillZone? -
Miller's and Allen's deals have severely limited Bills options
-
He wanted. Raise last off season and he and the Bills didn't get it done. His age, and his body breaking down this year showed the Bills were right. He turns 32 in April. Football careers rarely go up from there. Loved watching him play and would like him to stay but Rachel will convince him he deserves a big raise that the Bills won't be giving.
-
He needs to realize the defensive concepts need to be updated. Mix zone and man more often and disguises them fare better than we have.
-
I’m over this defensive scheme. Bring in a new DC.
Spiderweb replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
Our best defensive series was after Cinci's 2nd TD when we played some man. Our staying in zone so heavily and not disguising or PD has become infuriating to watch. It is time for Frazier to move on period.... -
Diggs was more open that Davis, that's what he was telling Allen. The last 4 5 games saw Diggs getting less looks and targets and the Bills offense suffered for it.

What Would You Rather Do: Cris Collinsworth Edition

Romo does talk way too much for my tastes. -

They all get beat up. Even Madden did.. -
Actually hate the idea all together. I have never been on board with the England games and never will be.
