  1. Excellent pressure on the QB and outstanding coaching by throwing that red flag - these guys are jokes....
  2. Short passes killing us and no pressure on the QB - whoud'a thunk?
  3. So much for the fast start we had to have
  4. HUGE game, but how many huge games have we been able to win recently? Any way I look at it this is a very bad matchup for the Bills. On offense we've had a hell of a time getting the running game going and we've had to rely on the pass far too much. New England has a very solid defensive front, particularly in terms of rushing the pass and for as poised as Trent has been he's not going to put up great numbers with someone constantly in his face or being knocked on his bck. I think Buffalo has a hard time moving the chains today. Defensively this is as bad as it gets for the Bills. The Bills have not been able to generate a pass rush at all and they haven't had enough healthy bodies in the secondary to cover multiple receiver sets, particularly when it comes to the short passing game. This is EXACTLY what New England does best - short passes and screens - lots of receiving options - dump it off and move the chains bit by bit. New England is going to move the ball on 6 yards at a time all afternoon. I hope I'm wrong, but I see an afternoon of me tearing my hair out and having to once again face an office of Pats fans tomorrow, potentially with the realization that the playoffs are out of reach.
  5. Bills 13 Pats 28
  6. Here you Go - 7:20 Into It
  7. SATA refers to the bus arhitecture - how the data is transferred between the drive and the motherboard. You can use the SATA enclosure if you have a SATA drive and the motherboard will accept SATA (i.e. - it has a SATA port) - if it doesn't the enclosure you have won't do you any good.
  8. The guy mentions the Prime Minister of Canada and gives the wrong name, he talks about his wife being hot in bed, he jokes about hunting with Cheney, he mentions seeing her documentary, "Hustler's Nalin' Paylin" and she still doesn't catch on - how is she still on the phone with him?
  9. I think you're vastly overestimating the power of Jim Kelly in this situation. Truth is, he can help organize this thing, but he's got almost no power in the end. Look, just because Jim puts together a group with intentions to keep the Bills in WNY doesn't mean they would stay. My argument is that without real ties to WNY it would be pretty easy for wealthy businessmen to at some point make a business decision to move. Remember, most extremely wealthy business people (at least the people who would have the money to buy a professional sports team) got rich by making the decisions that best benefitted themselves financially. For the Bills to stay in Buffalo when they could make more money elsewhere is going to require ownership to show some sort of altruism and my argument is that Jim Kelly can't force that. The only reliable altruism to keep the Bills in WNY is if ownership has some deeper ties to the community and truly wants to keep the Bills here, not just because a Hall of fame QB asked them to keep them here.
  10. Doesn't matter one bit. They guy(s) with the money would be calling the shots. Jimbo's a great guy, but its not his coin. He can stamp his feet all he wants, but if the billionaires he assembles decide a play like L.A. is better of them they could easily make that decision.
  11. They don't have to be from WNY, but honestly, if they aren't, do you have any faith that the team stays in WNY for the long term? If you aren't buying the team because you want to invest in WNY I think eventually you get lured by the greener pastures elsewhere - it makes business sense to move to a bigger market.
  12. Agreed for the most part, but how can you call out Lynch and not the offensive line? Our highest paid player (highest in history) plays on the o-line and those guys still gave up 5 sacks and only generated 30 yards rushing today. Time for those guys to show that they should even come close to what we are paying them. Peters needs to play lights out for the entire second half of the season if he wants a demand for a new contract to be met with anything but laughter. They need to open up some holes and push some defensive lines backwards (they are one of the biggest o-lines in the league). The o-line really needs to prove it. First guys to get called out - the entire offensive line!
  13. Its been known for some time that Kelly would like to put together an owners group for the team, the question really is how feasible that would be. You'd need to gather up something on the order of $700 million, and the NFL isn't going to allow that to come from 30 investors (they'd like a single owner bt may allow a group of a handful of people). Unfortunatley, the area is somewhat short on billionaires, so Kelly hs his work cut out for him.
  14. Thanks for the clarification - I was having trouble figuring out how it wsn't an illegal touch, but what you say makes sense (in as much as a terrible rule can make sense).
  15. Even a FG kills us - and here we go giving it up
  16. TE = RJ Throw the damn ball - you can't hold it that long!
  17. Shoulda been picked...
  18. Excellent point - perhaps that is only on punts?
  19. That is a TERRIBLE rule
  20. Needed that FG
  21. Actually, we get a medicore punt...
  22. 3 and out - out-freaking-standing
  23. \ I can see it now - we lose the division and miss the playoffs because we have the same record as NE or the Jets and miss out because their divisional record. Just like the Bills - finding new ways to barely miss out...
