  1. Another 3 and out thanks to a 5 yard pitch back on 3rd and 2 - what a bunch of retards
  2. And now for another 3 and out so our D can get back on the field....
  3. Could we PLEASE have a defensive stop?
  4. We've made so many firts downs I've forgotten how many we have...
  5. Outstanding 5 yard pattern when we needed 7....
  6. What the hell is Marshawn's problem? We have to punt because he wants to dance
  7. Oh Good Lord - win 2 games back to back and people starting talking about playoffs - I guess that's how desperate we've become. Let's face it - we won 2 games not because we were the better team, but because our opponent was flat out terrible. We barely squeaked out an OT win against a team with rookie QB who turned the ball over 5 times but ran over us to the tune of 200 yards on the ground. Then we won over a pathetic Carolina team who had 3 times the offensive yardage we had because again, we faced a team that turned the ball over. Those are W's, but nothing to crow about, folks. I'll take the wins but I'm not happy about how we played in either of those games. Hard to say we were the better team in either of those games. I also love how people keep bringing up that if we hadn't fumbled the ball against NE and Cleveland we'd be 5-2. You know what? If Norwood would have made that kick we would have been Super Bowl champs - unfortunately the "what ifs" don't count. Do you really think this is a 5-2 team? Do you really think this is a playoff team?
  8. I'm with you - I'm not more disappointed in Trent because I never saw much to make me think that he was finally going to be our "quarterback of the future" - I was hoping, but not convinced he had done anything....
  9. For me it's been Aaron Maybin. I know he's a rookie and it's only been 6 games, but for a draft pick that high and playing on a defense that's really not full of stars you don't hear about him. I'm not saying he's got to have 10 sacks at this point, but he's got nothing (unless you're happy with 3 tackles over 6 games) - he's been completely invisible. Makes me fear that we've wasted yet another draft pick and big dollar contract on someone whose onfield talent is nowhere near what we paid for him. I'm hoping that Maybin develops into an impact player, but let's face it - when he was drafted the Bills really needed someone who could contribute immediately, not 2-3 years from now....
  10. Are you kidding? By winning a game - a DIVISION game, the front office is probably going to extend him for another 8 years - he's hot!
  11. Too bad he sucks at it...
  12. The Pats deserve some serious knee injuries for running up the score in the snow....
  13. Another penalty on the coaching staff...
  14. What about the Browns? Their entrenched starting QB completed 2 passes last week (albeit against the Bills), they traded away their best receiver, they traded away their star TE, their RB is an aging guy on the downside of his career, their rookie RB is out for the year with a shoulder injury that my result in a lawsuit by the players union - pretty messed up - and they don't make the list - that's a tough list to get on!
  15. Fool me for 9, going on 10 years, find a better use for your Sunday afternoons....
  16. Rumack: Well, I don't have anything to say, you've done the best you could. You really have, the best you could. You can't expect to win em all. But, I want to tell you something I've kept to myself through these years. I was in the war myself, medical corps. I was on late duty one night when they brought in a badly wounded pilot from one of the raids. He could barely talk. He looked at me and said, "The odds were against us up there, but we went in anyway, I'm glad the Captain made the right decision." The pilot's name was George Zip. Ted Striker: George Zip said that? Rumack: The last thing he said to me, "Doc," he said, "some time when the crew is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell them to get out there and give it all they got and win just one for the Zipper. I don't know where I'll be then, Doc," he said, "but I won't smell too good, that's for sure." Ted Striker: Excuse me doc, I got a plane to land.
  17. And that's another damning indictment of the owner and organization - not having a plan to deal with this. It's not like Jauron had been a great coach but suddenly ended up unable to coach because he got sick, quit or incarcerated for impersonating Skeletor without a permit - he's been terrible since week 7 of 2008 so the thought that you might have to make a move should have come to mind, prompting you to have some sort of a plan. That's the problem from top to bottom with this organization - nobody has the ability to anticipate anything and come up with a plan!
  18. This is the same thing that happens in politics. Ask voters what they think about congress and they'll complain that its filled with crooks and incompetents. Ask them what they think about their rep or Senator and a majority will usually tell you that their guy is not like the others and is doing a good job - that's why it's so hard to get rid on an incumbant and why things never seem to change in Washington. Same thing here - sure there are problems, but it's not our coach - he's doing a good job.
  19. CHECK DOWN!!
  20. Yeah, but it'll get our best player into the game - Moorman....
  21. Thank God the Browns can't complete a 3rd down pass...
  22. Good thing we have amazing depth at LB...
  23. We are struggling against the worst team in the league, AT HOME....
  24. Remember it? HAVE one in my collection of Bills stuff - too weird to leave out of the collection and very hard to find these days.......
