  1. The popsicle brand has a tropical assortment and the pineapple is really good...
  2. I got one of these the other day asking how I was doing and saying that we hadn't talked in quite awhile - I immediately knew it was a scam. I really wanted to respond with "I'm doing terrible - I have ebola and I'm wanted for murder in 4 states" but I knew they were fishing for activity and wouldn't care what was in my answer, just that they got an answer.
  3. Funny how they always pull out Leviticus to condemn gay people though...
  4. He's also ignoring Leviticus 11:7-8 and becoming unclean by touching the skin of a dead pig - that's the main tool of his job! I think his uniform is also of mixed fabrics - Nylon jersey with a a cotton neck so I think he my burn in a lake a fire...
  5. That's my rule as well! If My Cousin Vinny is on that becomes what you're watching regardless of how far you're into the movie and how much time remains...
  6. Yep - this is probably the 20th time I've had to do this and the prep just sucks - no way around it. Jut pissed that it lined up with the draft - really puts a damper on enjoying watching the coverage....
  7. I have to prep for a colonoscopy on Friday morning - can't eat anything and will be spending quality time in the bathroom #worstdraftwatchpartyever Don't get old, kids - it sucks....
  8. Nothing from the Bills that I've seen but I did get an e-mail from them acknowledging today as National Pet Day, so that speaks volumes...
  9. The farm film reports with John Candy were always fantastic - blowed up real good!
  10. How could you forget Love at First Bite? A cinematic masterpiece from 1979 starring George Hamilton!
  11. My wife works in hospice, although not in any capacity that deals directly with patients. I have, however, met lots of the hospice nurses over the years and they fall into 2 categories - newbies that are less than 5 years into it, and folks that have been doing it forever. It's one of those jobs you decide it's not for you and move on to something else, or it's your calling and you're lifer. The people that have been doing it for a long time are unbelievable - they truly have a calling for the work and wouldn't do anything else - really dedicated people who truly believe in the mission of hospice and providing end of life care - they understand the value they provide and that's why they do it, but it's certainly not for everybody.
  12. My thought exactly - that didn't work out too well for us...
  13. Buffaloes will be 16 feet tall but will have "emotion". I feel like David St. Hubbins when mini Stonehenge was lowered to the stage...
