I've been saying right along that I like Cooper DeJean and if he somehow fell to the Bills I'm ok with taking him at 28. Then Joel Klatt posted his updated mock and has DeJean falling to us and the Bills selecting him at 28... and then closes the round with the Chiefs taking Troy Franklin at 32. I had such an instinctual reaction of disgust from actually hearing it that I think it's changed my mind. Gimme Franklin at 28. I'm also concerned the Chiefs jump us once again and nab the WR we want, so I hope Beane is ready to move.

I've wanted a Center early since Humphrey and Linderbaum, so I'd be fine with the right guy at 28 only as long as we absolutely get Legette in the 2nd. Even if it means trading up.

I started a thread about Hill's latest (at the time) beating of a woman and most of the fans here rushed to defend him and tell me to "wait for more details". Just this weekend ANOTHER Tyreek Hill domestic dispute (aka beating his wife/kids) from January came to light. But fans want to rip Diggs, call him a "narcissist", and trade him away because... they care too much about his vague social media posts.

His new/current contract is now right in line with his TE ranking. This re-working basically ensured he'll finish his contract with us. Absolutely no need to cut him or move on. Folks are just stuck in that mindset because they havent gotten over the old deal yet (which really only affected us for 1 season).

I wouldnt mind him at 28. Franklin or Legette assuming there is a run on WRs through the 1st.

For a vet FA signing on a 1 year deal primarily to play special teams, showing up for the Dolphins game when we needed him is good enough in my book. He should never have been used as a Diggs replacement tho. That is on the staff for making that bad decision. We relied on him far too much at the end of the season.

I agree the team doing him a solid is far more likely than Donald pulling a fast one on the team. Classy move to honor your HoF guy. I'm sure there will be a Snead presser eventually
