  1. Plus, Mahomes has Andy Reid, and even Burrow has an Offensive-minded HC too. Where Josh is on his 3rd OC. (4th under McDermott)
  2. After over 20 years in QB hell, it's just so much fun to have a guy the whole world knows belongs in the top-5 and top-3 discussions. I dont care where they rank him because it's all subjective and nitpicking at that point. Fully enjoying the ride.
  3. I in no way think I could contend. He's got me beat on strength and endurance alone right now as I'm in the worst shape of my life and he has a job that comes with state of the art strength and conditioning services. And I hear you on the grappling/exhausting/suffocating... But we're talking street fight here. No rules. So when he shoots in for a take down there's a good chance he catching a knee to the mouth. And if(when) he does take me down, I'm not above hitting him with the ol d!ck twist!...
  4. all good, man. I was just jokin around since that statement really stood out to me.
  5. *Checks calendar*
  6. This whole saga was/is very interesting. Wonder what it is exactly that scouts saw and is happening in Denver? Doesnt have the mental ability? Isnt dedicated enough to working on the details? It has to be something along those lines preventing him from taking the next step u since the raw talent is there.
  7. Same. Just bought my tickets for the opener. Could probably wait until that weekend, but too risky with so much other costs. And I'd say same for @DJB. Easy to do when its one of us dudes on our own going to a game. But bringing kids, I'd want to have that all locked down way ahead of time. Even give the kids something to look forward to, knowing where they are sitting.
  8. Folks hate on MT, but I always make a stop whenever I'm back in Buffalo and it's the same/just as good as I ever remember it being. It isnt "great", but it still hits the same. Especially with the Loganberry to go with it. I mean, you're talking 30+ years ago. If you were enjoying it in 1995, that's like saying "This was much better in 1960!" Things always change over that much time. Yep. There is a MT right near my parents' house so I usually hit it first, then Stakeout for a Jim's Bleu at some point. Maybe even snag a quick Beef on Weck from Anderson's. That's a complete trip right there.
  9. Belichick and Kyle Shanahan are not even close to the same school
  10. Peyton has also come out in the last day or so and talked about how QBs need to be coached hard, and the best ones respond to hard coaching. Not surprised lil Tua got his feelings hurt.
  11. Say what you will about Flores, but he coached a built-to-tank squad to the same levels of success McDaniel is achieving with an all-in roster, so....?
  12. Any idea how ECC parking is going? We usually alternated between ECC or O'Neill's, depending on the vibe of the group attending.
  13. If anything, folks like @dorquemada should be mad at San Diego St University and the local SD Police. This "story" had been out there for MONTHS before the ***** hit the fan with the Bills. SDSU was on the verge of being asked to join the PAC-12 and didnt want any bad publicity about their football team. Had SDSU/SDPD not tried so hard to squelch the investigation/story, then more likely, the police would have completed their investigation and everything would have been wrapped by draft time, let alone training camp. Instead, they tried to ignore it to make it go away in the pursuit of more TV money, which only dragged it out longer for both the girl and Araiza. Could have cleared his name much sooner, but they were afraid to investigate just in case it was true. Disgusting on all levels there.
  14. And he's getting that right now.
  15. None needed when based in reality.
  16. It really wasnt. I understand you are neck deep in your narrative and wont change your mind because it gives you something to rail against. But it had nothing, NOTHING, to do with "the mob" or public opinion. It was a legal and business decision on what was best for the team, poised to make a SB run, with a kid barely signed to a rookie contract who couldnt be stashed on any exempt list. Any and every other team would have done the same thing, even if social media had never been invented.
  17. Ah, makes sense. They've lost a lot of parking with the construction site. Must need to plan more accurately.

  19. The offseason is where we improve as well. Coaches are watching, waiting for you to step it up.
  20. OP earned an extra .5 point from me for nailing the lack of paragraph breaks.
  21. Peak Offseason Post. 8.5/10 Couldve earned extra points by making it an "open letter" to Pegula.
  22. Not reading this thread, or even the OP. Yes, of course we do. It's still our Division. Pats are in the race for the #1 overall. Dolphins will be proven warm-weather cupcake frauds once again. Jets are gonna Jet it up.
  23. So funny enough, I thought to myself "I wonder if former Falcon Deion Jones is still available. Let me google to see what team signed him...." And it was the Bills. He's already in Buffalo. Totally forgot about that. He's no Milano, but I feel better about the spot if Dorian Williams cant hold it down.
  24. Late June/Early July was nuts! Even adding fresh water didnt help because the "cold" hose water was 80+ out of the tap. It's settling down now with the cooler nights and shorter days. Maintaining right in the mid 80s.
  25. So funny that all us dudes are aligned on the temps. I like it warm 88-90. My wife wants it "crisp and refreshing". Although, I agree with @Augie, it can definitely get too hot. I had to throw 4 bags of ice in the pool for our July 4th party because the temp was 96 (and we dont even have a heater!)
