  1. Doesnt matter. Let the doctors figure it out.
  2. I am lucky enough to not be too familiar with the specifics. But it was the only thing I could think of to point the family to. Maybe they'll find another option when looking into it.
  3. I think the family needs to start looking into the process of Involuntary Commitment. The specifics can change state to state I believe. Google the 5150 and 5250 codes too. At this point, its a waste of time trying to determine whether it is drugs or mental health. It doesnt really matter while he is still out on his own. The priority should be getting him into ANY type of assistance facility, and let them figure it out from there. Regardless of the cause, he needs help.
  4. I've been around here long enough, and been through so many offseason QB searches for the Bills, to know that if you list 10 QB prospects going into the draft then 1 maybe 2 of them will actually pan out. All the Landry Jones, Tyler Wilson, Brock Osweiler, Jake Locker, Christian Ponder, DeShone Kizer discussions we've had here over the years. I see way more of those guys on this list than anything else. It's also blowing my mind that Bo Nix is getting ANY love, let alone 1st round grades. I watched that kid his whole career between Auburn and Oregon, and don't see why he's getting any mentions. He's this year's Brandon Wheedon. No surprise but I'm not as high on this year's class as others are. I dont even think Caleb Williams, as the top of the class, is a slam dunk pick. I have him as less of a sure thing than Trevor Lawrence even (and I was not a Lawrence fan either). And I'm pretty sure the Bears will ultimately ruin him either way. Out of all the playoff teams, I'd say the Steelers and maybe Bucs are most likely to pick a QB. I'd go with whoever gets drafted by a playoff team to have the most success. My money is on 4 years from now, only 3 guys will still be in the league and maybe 1 of them still starting.
  5. Havent heard of this before, but this sounds a lot like some mental health issues rearing their head. More so than drugs or anything else even. How old is he? Weird that he told you to "look it up" because when I google it, all that comes up are articles connecting it to "Persecutory delusion" and mental health issues. The guy needs help.
  6. I highly, HIGHLY question the bolded statements as well. He likes to think he is intelligent. But far too often nowadays, folks confuse "having thoughts" with "intelligence".
  7. I just picture Rex Ryan sneaking around the Jets offices in a Hulk Hogan disguise. "OH YEAH BROTHER, LETS GET A F$%&IN SNACK!"
  8. AS we should be. Kid is a baller. Reminds me of a cross between Luke Keuchley and Micah Hyde. Not sure about burning multiple picks just to get a 2nd 2nd round WR. With this class we could probably hold tight, keep our picks to fill defensive holes, and still grab more WR talent in the 4th. I'm thinking we double dip as 1st round/5th round, or 2nd round/4th round. Depending who falls where.
  9. As @Augie pointed out, chicken (and poultry in general) bones are really dangerous for dogs. My one pit was briefly on a raw diet while she was at the rescue before I got her. They couldnt keep weight on her with it, and she was never NOT hungry. Which is pits in general, but even moreso on this diet. Again, mainly beef and veggies with some pork. No poultry unless it was deboned. Now that we are down from 3 dogs to 1, we have the remaining boxer on https://www.thefarmersdog.com/ It's a bit pricey for multiple big dogs, but I'd look into it over going raw with chicken bones.
  10. Oh, I'd like it too. It's a win-win for me. Get a great player and endless entertainment on the board
  11. If the top options I've seen discussed for OC were Brady, Thad Lewis, Klint Kubiak, and Jason Vrable, then Brady has far and away the most experience and proven track record, and is the only one to have called plays. Unless you want a proven loser like Arthur Smith who the Steelers just hired. Same with DC. I'm watching the feeds on interview news and it's a lot of LB coaches and first-timers. And Brandon Staley, if you want an experienced loser. The coaching pool has been getting drained so quickly lately that you are going to get unproven coaches no matter what. With the Titans hiring the Bengals OC last week, and the Bengals having to hire a new OC, that means EVERY team has replaced their OC since 2022. Read that again. All 32 OCs have been replaced since early 2022. Guys are getting pushed up that ladder so quickly now. Going with the up-and-comers you know, and who already have strong relationships in the building, is probably the best course.
  12. It was sarcastic because the board will implode when we draft him, and if he is there McBeane would SPRINT to the podium to get him.
  13. This was my biggest beef with all the dating stuff this year. Our guy is THE MAN. A top QB in the NFL. On the cover of Madden. In just about every commercial... And he settles for a B-list actress. Meanwhile some dummy Tight End lands the biggest catch in the ocean and becomes the new power couple. Josh aimed way too low.
  14. Sorry, poor writing on my part. I meant in that last paragraph that I'm sure Beane will address the DL in FA. And if all his previous years are an indication, will have most of the holes filled across the entire roster before the draft hits, which will allow us to pick a WR in the 1st. I dont really disagree with anything youve said. Just providing some perspective for the board that there is more work to be done than adding a WR.
  15. This is exactly what I wanted to see too. McDermott, while a good DC, needs to go back to the job he's getting paid for, which is Head Coach. Let your coordinators coordinate, and worry about overseeing the ENTIRE team and keeping all 3 units aligned with the single vision, rowing in the same direction.
  16. Having only Ed out there and an empty DT spot for teams to run through is better than lining up with Diggs, Shakir, Kincaid, and Harty? I mean, I get what you are trying to say, but it doesnt really hold water when the other side of the argument is literally not having enough bodies for a starting defense. Especially when you consider this WR rookie has to share touches and will likely be our 5th Offensive option. Where as the DT would likely start and contribute immediately. I get we all have WR-brain and are totally locked in, especially with this class. But fact is, we have bigger needs. I'm sure Beane will address it in FA, and I still think we go WR in the 1st, but folks need to understand there isnt some crazy reasoning behind outsiders guessing we might go Defense instead. We literally do not have enough defenders under contract to field 11 guys.
  17. I dont think it gets that deep into conspiracy theories. I think he sees we currently have only 1 DT under contract for next year, and we need at least 4 for our starting rotation. By the numbers, DT is a much, much bigger need than WR right now. We at least have enough WRs to field a starting line-up. Not so much along the DL.
  18. I'd be more than fine with it. And it would be a very entertaining 24 hours here on the board until our Round 2 pick! He looks like an even better Duggar who Beane/McD wanted. Can play all over. AND is a very sure-handed kick returner. A perfect backfill for Hyde all around. Linderbaum and Dax Hill were my guys at our spot. Both would be starting today with a major cap savings at their positions too. Hill is probably a better CB than Elam at this point, and would have seen plenty of action all over our defensive backfield last year.
  19. For our early picks, I would swap in DT for C. Center will be a need, but if we were going to pick one early it should have been over the last 2 years when we could have gotten Humphrey or Linderbaum. Or even some of the other guys available the past couple of years. This looks like a much weaker draft at Center than we've seen recently. If we do move on from Morse, I'm guessing they have Bates bridge that spot until better prospects come along. Good list tho, and agree they need to start thinking about Center (2 years too late)
  20. He has our boy Cooper DeJean ranked conveniently right at our pick. DeJean won't last that long, but if he does... prepare yourselves, Bills fans.
  21. Is this really what people are so upset/obsessed with?
