  1. So current jerseys just with Standing Red Buffalo? Because that's pretty much where we're at. Got the white helmets back. The bright royal blue with arm stripes...
  2. There are a lot of places to get good wings around town. Intown, the Local probably has the best, but a lot of other bars do them well. We worked with Whitehall last offseason to revamp their wings and help get them right. I was really pleased with what they ended up with. But yeah, cant find that pizza anywhere. I've always thought that a true Buffalo pizzeria/sub shop would do well here. A mash-up of Bocce and Jim Steakout.
  3. A friend lost both his grandparents last week to COVID complications. Grandmother first, grandfather about 5 days after. The Uncle has tested positive as well, and it's believe he passed it to them. He is absolutely distraught. We also found out on a conference all this week that our Department Head and her husband both have it, but neither have gotten sick. He is a physician, and they both took a vacation to Italy earlier in the year (before it hit the fan), so not surprised they caught it. Luckily, they seem fine. Same, we had whatever that was sweep through the office in February and I was fairly certain back then that's what it was. With our Dept Head testing positive (and being the only one of us who has been lucky enough to be tested), I'm pretty sure we all got it.
  4. Oh for sure, neither option is possible. Was just playing along with the post.
  5. I've been looking for decent pizza for the past 15 years down here and have found NOTHING. Even Gala's which is kinda on the right track, isnt close. For what it's worth, we had Buffalo pizzerias ship uncooked pizzas down and cooked them at home/at the Bills Bar. I'll have to look back at who did that for us, I believe they were in Clarence. According to their Facebook, Duff's Newnan closed for good last month ?
  6. Winston to Pats would be our best case scenario. Newton would be our worst case.
  7. I think yall need a reminder of what the Falcons had before this and how bad it was. Very Bills 2002...
  8. Fans have been clamoring to go from Red back to the old school Black for a while. The Deion throwbacks already have a buzz going.
  9. Probably. He definitely wasnt perfect, but he should have been "good enough" if they could add around him. They drafted Bo Jackson, who went to play baseball instead. They had Steve Young, and made him look bad too.
  10. Testeverde was good enough to build a team around. They just made a lot of other mistakes as well.
  11. The problem is those Orange Creamcicle teams were SOOOO BAD that it's tough to go back to them unless the team is really good. With the recent rule change allowing multiple helmets, I bet you'll see a throwback game or two in them for the Bucs next year.
  12. His lack of professionalism is the best. Dude cracks me up.
  13. 92.9 Hugh and Frike in the morning, baby!
  14. That's not the point, and so what if they did or didnt? You guys can hate them all you want and be in your feelings about some other team's fashion. So far, from the response on local sports radio this morning, they are well received by the home town because people here identify with them.
  15. Yeah, but it isnt part of the identity like it is to a lot of folks in Atlanta. No one in any of those other cities refers to their town as the "B-U-F" or "D-A-L" or "H-O-U". I'll give you NYC, but like I said "not many", that's 2. Here in the city, it isnt "hotlanta", it's "The A-T-L".
  16. Hahaha, that dont count unless youre a baggage handler
  17. I like em, especially the Deion throwbacks. The "ATL" is a key part. How many cities are known by 3 letters? Not many. Other than that, a lot of strong feelings about fashion in this thread.
  18. Bucs missed a huge opportunity not have Brady make even a small cameo in that video. I like the "new" Falcons stuff since it's a throwback to the Deion days.
  19. The end when he takes out the cigar and plays the Shout song had me dying.
  20. Anywhere that physical copper pair runs all the way back to the CO. So on a pole, or in the junction box up the street most likely. But I'd be surprised if Beane even has a true, old school landline in his house. Even alarm systems run off cell service nowadays.
  21. Fair enough on your opinion in your first lines, but wrt the bold... I'd say the issue in Jacksonville is more Marrone and Coughlin than any individual player. And I do not fault the players for doing anything they can to get out of there. I also dont think he's whining that much, or saying anything crazy or out of line.
  22. Has it been pointed out yet that both Stefon Diggs and Yannick Ngakoue were team mates at the University of Maryland? Weird.
  23. Landlines are hackable with a simple pair of alligator clips and a butt set. Even less secure than digital solutions.
  24. Yeah, but if the Jags need to move him, and the short list of teams are only willing to offer so much, that puts more pressure on the Jags to lower their ask. They wont get a crazy team coming in with a high offer. So might swing in our favor.
